Established in 1978.

We have been full time Realtors in San Diego since 1988 and are licensed with Allison James Estates & Homes. Prior affiliations include Re/​Max and Coldwell Banker.

We began our real estate careers in Fairbanks, Alaska in 1978 and relocated to San Diego in 1988 where we have continued as full time Realtors, serving our client’s best interests! Our emphasis is on personalized service. For Sellers, we have a powerful program for assisting clients in preparing their homes before they go on the market, to maximize the return and minimize the time on market. For Buyers, we start by listening, use the best search tools (based on our clients’ preferences) and we respect the clients’ personal pace during the Home-​Finding process. In all that we do, we employ the latest high tech tools while maintaining an old fashioned «high touch» personalized approach with our clients.

Whether someone’s real estate need is immediate, or if they simply have need of a trusted resource for real estate related information, we always welcome inquiries and take pleasure in being of value in service to others.
