I was looking for a new window cleaning company as my last guy disappeared off the face of the earth. I called wonder window last week after finding them on Unilocal and spoke to Jasmine. She was very friendly and asked some simple questions to make sure she understood what was required and could give me an accurate quote. We made the appointment for the following Monday, 9:30am. Jeremy arrived on time and was super friendly. He briefed me on what he’d be doing and started work straight away. He had all the right tools and equipment and knew exactly what he was doing. After 3 hours he was done, both inside and out. My windows now look brand new and some look like they’re missing glass! WWC will now be my new window cleaning company!

I bought a coupon for a 3,000 sq. ft. house, $ 159; (mine is 2,700 sq. ft). Did note that «additional fees» might occur, but did not expect to pay an additional $ 135. However, the owner contacted me, and in review of his books, told me that I was overcharged by a new employee and he wanted to make it right. He came out, did a good review of the property, and refunded the majority of the overcharge. I appreciated his thoroughness and their cleaner was very good, despite the mix-​up. Very professional follow-​through.

Great customer service and the work that was done was top notch! We spoke to Jasmine in the office who was great to coordinate our work. We then had Brian out to clean all windows in the house, inside and out, as well as all screens. He did a phenomenal job — we’ll definitely be using them again!

It was very easy to set up an appointment with Jasmine on the phone. Her husband was the gentlemen who came over to washing the windows. Real nice people, people you are comfortable with in your home. Pricing was very reasonable as well. These are good people and the job was top quality.

All of the great reviews that Wonder Window Cleaning have are well deserved. From start to end, very great experience. I called and talked to Jasmine who was very nice and helpful getting me an appointment quickly. The day of the window cleaning, Jeremy called and asked if he could come earlier which was awesome. He arrived, was very pleasant, cleaned all my windows in a good amount of time and they came out great. After he finished, we had a nice conversation before he left. I will use them again because I am extremely pleased with the customer service and the great job done on my windows.

Jeremy did a wonderful job, was professional and expedient. He was very personable and went above and beyond wiping the window sills and even sweeping the door tracks. He also wore slip covers over his shoes, which I much appreciated because we have light carpet. His rates are extremely fair. I will definitely call him again and highly recommend. Thanks, Jeremy!

I used Wonder Window Cleaning for the first time this week and it will definitely not be the last!
Outstanding service from the time I called to set up an appointment with Jasmine, who was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment for the day I had requested.
Her husband Jeremy arrived on time, and was very professional, polite and really nice. He cleaned all my windows inside and out beautifully. He wore booties inside the house and left no mess. He even cleaned my garage windows!
He also cleaned all our 30 year old mirrors, which look brand new again!
An excellent experience from beginning to end, and a company we will continue to use and highly recommend to others.

Purchased a groupon for window cleaning for this company. Followed the redemption instructions. Never received a call back from the company to book the service. Contacted groupon about the lack of response, groupon contacted them and told us they would get in touch with us in the next couple days. Still haven’t received a call back from wonder window cleaning. We even went to the company website to find a better phone number to book service and it was the same phone number listed on the groupon. Definitely nothing wonderful about Wonder Window Company. Feeling disappointed and scammed.

From start to finish this company is GGRRREAT! Bought a Groupon. Easy to contact and make appt. (They answer their phone. get a live person-​friendly) called day ahead to verify we were still on. Called to say ETA. Showed up on time. worked hard. and was finished when expected. I paid extra since I wanted screens clean and had french windows.lol.didn’t know I had them. plus didn’t know they clean INSIDE as well as outside. it was all awesome. plan to use them again!

Found a Groupon for this company and based upon the previous reviews on Unilocal I bought it. When I finally reached someone in the office I was informed that my Groupon did not include the cleaning of the screens and that this would be an extra $ 1 per screen. Also, there would be a $ 10 mileage fee. And finally, the earliest they could schedule me was two months from now. No thank you. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Just had our windows cleaned by this company today and they did a FANTASTIC job! Jeremy the owner did the full wash in and out, cleaned the screens and tracks and our home looks amazing. We have a 3 story rowhouse so this was no easy feat :)
I received excellent customer service from Jasmine when I initially called for a quote. She let me know what to expect at the time of service and gave me a great estimate.

Awesome job! Jeremy (owner) cleaned about 9 windows on both sides, removed and cleaned screens, two stories, replaced in about and hour and ½. All it cost me was $ 110. Price was as advertised… no add-​ons. Great work!
