Want to step beyond painting generic ocean sunsets and birds on power lines?
There are tons of variations available now of paint/​canvas combined with Wine/​booze/​vino etc etc but I’ve found most of the paintings to lack that sort of pizzazz and originality I need. Of course, your originality will be limited while copying another artist’s painting, but that isn’t the point. I didn’t want to paint something that looks like it could be sold at Home Goods.
Tiffany’s art is inspired by street art and her style is not of those other paint and get tipsy classes. I’ve taken two classes now with A&L. One was hosted at Bamboo Lounge in Hillcrest. There were about 6 people in class which was great because it was really intimate and she was able to help us individually. In previous paint and wine classes the teachers have been VERY precise and calculated. I really like that this class wasn’t as strict as the other ones I’ve participated in. She really wants you to love your painting when you are done, so she can help guide you through your painting even if you aren’t following it exactly as her original. My street art skull came out great!
The second class I took with A&L was for a fundraiser for «Team Challenge» my friends hosted for a private event. We had about 15 ladies in a back yard and got to bring our own wine. As a bonus — an original custom painting was created just for the event! This was an extra fun way to spend an afternoon with friends in a private setting. This could also be great for a memorable birthday where everyone gets a hand crafted souvenir!
Provide your own beverages and personal flair– everything else is taken care of!
