Established in 1974.

Established in 1974 as a calligraphy studio, Ladybug Art Center in Kensington has evolved into a teaching facility, a gathering place to appreciate art, and an art gallery showing and selling the original art of international, award winning artists. Ladybug Art continues to offer unique, one-​of-​a-​kind greeting cards.

Business Owner

Susan Mae Hull is a fourth generation native San Diegan, who has provided calligraphy lettering for the Queen of England, University of San Diego, sports teams, corporations and private individuals since 1974. She holds a fine art degree, has won numerous awards for her paintings and had introduced hundreds of students to the joy of art.
