Just order a new machine rather than ordering a replacement part from these guys. We have one of their ice cream makers and somehow we lost a part in a house move. So I went ahead and ordered the correct replacement part online rather than just buy a new unit. A week or so later and the package came. Yep, it was the wrong part. The receipt had the correct part name, but the part was wrong. I called up and told them about the mistake. I specifically walked though the parts catalog with the support rep just to make sure that I was getting the right part this time. They said it would be shipped ASAP. Three weeks later the part came. Three weeks? You guys are 15 miles away from me. Did you have to order more from China? My main gripe is the lack of order tracking. You have no clue when your item is packaged, shipped or expected to be delivered. — If you HAVE to order a replacement part I suggest calling them directly. Their online ordering system is wrong and not informative when it comes to order tracking.
