AR Engineering Construction was founded in 2006.

Armando Rodriguez started AR Engineering Construction after successfully managing the business of golf course rehabilitation for 10 years and building single family homes for investors. Prior experience in highway concrete construction and grading has also added to his skill set.

Business Owner

Armando Rodriguez has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a California Engineering, Building and Concrete Contractor: CSLB #891 592.

Armando’s initial 10 years were in California highway construction. He transferred his skills to working with custom home builders utilizing his engineering and concrete knowledge, building residential foundations with earthquake retrofit. His business expanded into buying lots and building homes for resale using more energy efficient materials, modular components & newer building technologies; just beginning to emerge.

Today, focus is on foundation and structural repairs, earthquake preparedness, and specialized energy upgrades.

Member of the San Diego Chapter: Association of General Contractors. His business is ‘A+’ rated by the San Diego Better Business Bureau.
