I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist servicing the San Diego area. My goal in therapy is to help clients understand and access their strengths to overcome emotional and mental health barriers that may be hindering them from living a fulfilled life. I have experience providing individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy on core issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, domestic violence and relationship conflict. I started working in the private practice setting since 2007. From there, I have learned valuable skills and knowledge to provide individual therapy and couples counseling. In 2010, I opened my own private therapy practice and have been loving it since.

I have had experience working in various non-profit agencies since 2003 throughout San Diego. I received a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA and an M.S. in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from SDSU.
