I needed to replace the carpet and some lanolium in my mothers condo after some water damage. Christine P. went the xtra mile and took her time helping me throughout the whole process. Christine was very helpful and she provided good customer service. Thanks again, I’ll go back there in the future.

This is a short version of a very frustrating story. Americas Finest has a great selection of carpet and tile and nice stores. That is where it ends. Their service is very poor. Without specifics, they did not return calls, the ‘2 day‘ job took 8. Overall the employees at this company are very inexperienced and/​or inept at customer service. I should have paid more attention to the California State Contractors License web page on them before buying.
