I am giving Amberdot, LLC. 5 stars because Grazyna went above and beyond the contractual call of duty to attempt to provide our nonprofit committee a very comprehensive website.
When I approached Amberdot owner Grazyna over one year ago, it was with the request to have her volunteer her time and charge us the least amount possible for a website that would contain committee newsletters, collect and maintain data, feature an interactive store, and have calendar options. Grazyna graciously agreed to create a website for our committee for the same price that we used to pay another webmaster (on a yearly basis, mind you) simply for that former webmaster to do a few monthly edits and image changes – nothing more or we would be charged.
Now, I don’t want to focus only on price, here, as I am trying to convey the message that Grazyna was excellent at giving us her time, responsiveness, and expertise. As our website work rolled out, Grazyna stuck with us. Our needs and understanding changed a bit over time as we figured out kinks and glitches, and Grazyna and another person in our committee worked long and hard all spring, summer, and early fall to accommodate our committee’s needs. In my opinion, we didn’t just contract her on a purely business level, we reached out to her as a community member who was willing to give us time, dedication, and a very nice website to help our group reach family members of the community where our children attend school. I appreciate Grazyna for her work, dedication and volunteerism. We have a much better website because of her.

AmberDot created a new and informative website for our school’s PTA. The website is user friendly for our school community and easy to maintain for the PTA. Plus, the company support and help from beginning to end is fantastic.

I used Amberdot to design and help maintain two websites. They were excellent. They always were fairly priced, timely, accurate and easy to work. Their knowledge and creative ideas made the websites even better.
