I was an Allstate customer in Texas before I came to California for the military. Since I have finished my tour of duty, I have had renters insurance, home insurance, and have all 3 my cars on a policy through Phil. He is everything that an agent should be; Prompt to answer /​return my calls, extremely knowledgeable, not one bit pushy, and has outstanding service to get you what you want and need. I will not change agents until I absolutely have too.

I have been with Phil Mullane at Allstate since I came to California in 2001. My previous carrier did not provide coverage in CA. I did some shopping around before I went with Phil, but his prices were inline with the other carriers and he was always helpful in answering my questions. 11 years later I am still with Phil. Always available to help, answers my questions, very much has a hands-​on approach.
