My family and myself have been so disappointed in their service with all the run around and waiting till midnight to get any answers or results they don’t work as a team in their its every man for themselves ,
Especially the night crew their they give you false hope and empty promises really come back and back they can’t even fill out paper work correctly this has been a real eye opening we learned on what not to do with this experience ‚
Yes we should have done some research before we went their but when the shit hits the fan and a family member is in trouble you don’t think about that you really think they should know their stuff especially when you advertise about it, so be warned I would recommend empire bail bonds they are fully experience.

One of the worst places to bail out of. Now I am very thankful and gracious they got me out, but my complaint is with the night crew. Yes, I know I shouldn’t of put myself in a situation that I even need bail, but sh*t happens. Again with the night crew (I believe his name is Alex), I called to bail out and gave all my information and asked to be bailed out, no problems he says. He came picked up my personal stuff and I wait to be bailed out. Needless to say I didn’t get bailed out that night and on top of that he called and harassed my parents and had the nerve to ask them to pay and bail me out, after him and I set up an arrangement. I never asked him to call them. I had to call again the next day for the day shift and have the day guy bail me out. Now I would of called a different bondman but they already had my wallet so I was stuck. This experience proved the night shift is unprofessional and disrespectful. If I was going to ask my parents to bail me out I would of done it myself. Overall don’t use these guys if you can avoid it. And if you have to use them, don’t bail out at night.
