All About Me Medical Day Spa

I have my share of Botox and treatment I received in this place was far worst I ever had. I spend extra time explaining what kind of result I am expecting and nurse seems to understand me. She was talking about her experience and I trust her — she sounded professional enough to do this pretty simple procedure. First it was pretty painful, nothing that I could not take, but still. Second it did hurt AFTER for two or tree days (never happened before!). And most important results! My forehead looks weird and I look like a clown: deep wrinkles on top of my brows and in the middle of forehead… something I did not have before this session. Very sad. This place was recommended to me by my friend, she even gave me a gift certificate so I can try it. Big disappointment, will stick to my old place. Plus the they are much more expensive.

I had the best experience at this spa. Had my very first facial and loved it. Very clean office and great staff. Left feeling great and pampered

I called back today about a special they had and it turns out that they are closing this weekend for the holiday. I told them that no one called me back and I have a hectic schedule so I was hoping that they could honor the special on Tuesday and they said that «they are sorry» for the no one calling me back but if I could not come in before this weekend, that the special would no longer be available– even after I told them about the surly service and no one calling me back. That sealed it. I have been a customer since 2009. The new management, obviously does not care about customer retention. What is sad is that they never asked for a name, I had to ask for her name, and they have no personal interaction.

I love All about me medical day spa! I have been going there for years. I have had most of my friends and family go there as well. Everyone was very satisfied with their experience. The staff is awesome. Jen W. Is my favorite nurse. I often come to maintain a spot free look which can be hard in SD. However I come here for a tons of things on a as need basis. They will even do a free consult if your not sure what you want. The new location is so nice! Much better décor and parking then the old one. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I receive Juvederm and Botox annually for maintenance. I have been treated twice at All About Me Med Spa. My latest treatment was from Courtney, who was very sweet, yet professional. Great atmosphere, relaxed and clean. Love my results. Thank you, I will be back!

I love their new location. Super clean and smells amazing. Everyone was super sweet and nice. The Hydro facial is AWESOME!!! My skin tingled with magic during the treatment. And my face sparkled with nutrients afterwards. Stephanie… My pores thank you.

Great team and very friendly. Sports massage by Raman is simply awesome. The best one I’ve ever had. Highly recommend coming over and checking it out. This feels very good on the body. He has the right amount of pressure and I super happy with the results.

Omg I absolutely LOVE Jen. She has been doing my laser hair removal treatments for years. I have been hair free for a long time but still need an occasional touch up once in a while. Their lasers are pretty much pain free and I am completely hooked on Botox and injectables. I am really sad I had to move away from San Diego and can’t continue my beauty musts at All About Me.
I wanted to leave this review for the Fraxel treatment. I was always scared to try it (the pain and downtime was always a big no no for me) but after hearing so much about it, I decided to give it a go about 3 months ago. The thing does hurt a bit but nothing to what I expected — kinda like a hot lizard licking your skin. Not sure if anyone really experienced that in real life but that’s the best comparison I have. They numbed my skin too and handled all my anxiety during the treatment like a pro! During the recovery time, I looked like a beat up tomato. All red and puffy but no discomfort. I was a little bummed that the recovery time passed, I didn’t see much difference.
Well boy was I wrong. Just this morning I was flipping through my photo album on my phone and just about dropped it when I saw an old photo of me without make up. My skin was uneven, had deeper scars and overall a little ragged. I guess the change was gradual but oh my god! I never noticed that I do not have to use as much make up, foundation or concealer anymore. Absolutely one of the best treatments I could have ever done.
The new location is gorgeous and such attention to detail everywhere you look. I have never felt pushed to purchase anything or left wondering why I spent my money on a service I see no results from. I owe my skin to Jen and all her recommendations.

Terrific customer service. Have enjoyed the facials and peels and seen great results with Exilis. Becki is really wonderful, caring about my comfort and results with the Exilis treatments. Have experienced a loss of about six inches in my stomach area with no discomfort or pain, also seen results in the neck and face area. My experience has been excellent.

I’ve been going to Stephanie for waxing for about 3ish years now and won’t go to anyone else. She knows how I like my eyebrows and does a great job every time. Her prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. I love that she is a perfectionist and makes sure there are no stray hairs.
She knows what she’s doing with facials too. She’ll get your skin looking great.
She is also fun to talk to, which is important since your on her table for 30 minutes at a time.

I come here for Stephanie to do my brows. She’s the only one in the area I know who will pluck your eyebrows instead of waxing if you want. She always does the best job too. They have your records there on file so they know what you’ve gotten done in the past. I’ve never had any skin problems to come here for anything like that so I’m not sure how they are on those aspects but I’m pretty sure they do great work also. They just recently moved down the street to this location and it’s such a nice calming environment as soon as you walk through the door.
