Aitana is the best! I’m still in shock! The absolute most painless Brazilian I’ve ever had!

I’ve been going here for nearly two years now. Conveniently located right off the freeway. Ahn is the brow queen and always has my brows looking fabulous. She even takes the time to tweez only because my face does not get along with waxing.
Aitana does my brazilians and she is FANTASTIC! She’s quick, efficient, and through. She’s so friendly too so something that could be super awkward has always been comfortable. I haven’t had a facial with her yet but I’m looking forward to it soon!

I bought a Groupon for brow and lip wax. Janina provided excellent customer service and was very detailed at her work. She also filled in my brows with powder for no extra charge. The clinic is clean. I would come back again.

Had an appointment for extractions with Aitana last week and wow, she did work! Extractions aren’t fun but she made it tolerable! My face didn’t feel amazing immediately after but within the next day it felt great! Very relaxing environment and caring staff overall! I would definitely recommend Ahn Skin & Beauty to anyone!

Awesome first experience, the staff was very friendly and professional, the atmosphere was very soothing. I got the custom facial and really enjoyed it would definitely be coming back.

This was my first time here at Ahn skin and beauty and I saw Janina for a brow wax. I was so impressed with the customer service I received while trying to book my appointment, I’m constantly traveling for work. I sent a text to Janina and she was able to accommodate me last minute before I had to head out for the airport. She was fantastic! Ahn Skin and Beauty you have a new customer and I will be definitely going back to see you!

We have made appointments for my husband and myself for facial package we purchased on Groupon. We received text confirmation as well. But when we showed up at our appointment time, we were told that they booked us for massages instead and they mixed up our names to another couple. So we could not get our facial done as planned.
If a service provider can’t keep the customers appointments lined up, I considered to be incompetent. Very disappointed and wasted our precious Saturday morning.

I had my very first facial with Carlee. She was AMAZING!!! Carlee was so knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the process, she also gave me tips on cleansing and keeping my pores in control. I have oily sensitive skin and the facial was gentle on my skin. Needless to say my skin looks incredible! I have this amazing glow. I can’t wait for the next one!

Having competed in pageants, I was especially eager to try this place when I saw they are a sponsor to Miss California USA. I had a deep cleansing facial 2 weeks ago with Carlee and was very disappointed with my experience. I always pop my pores at home and I knew that it wasn’t good for my skin. So I tried to stop about a week or so before my appointment so that the esthetician could do it properly. This was my very first facial so you can only imagine how excited I was to walk out with a glowing, cleansed face. Carlee was nice, but based off our conversation I knew this was a side gig for her and felt like she was doing the bare minimum — cleansing and lathering my face like a toddler discovers lotion for the first time, extremely gentle and reluctant to touch my face. I let her know it was my first facial so she tried to explain the process to me so I knew what to expect however, it made me less confident that I would leave with a job well done. She scrambled over her words and seemed very uneducated about what exactly she’d be doing and why.
When it came to extraction — the part I was looking forward to the most — that was when I knew this was as good as it gets. She barely touched my noise or squeezed anything, it lasted a whole 3 minutes. And having refrained myself from purging my pores a week up to the appointment, I knew there was work to be done.
Fast forward to the end — what really got under my skin — is when I checked out I made conversation with a massage therapist that works there (checking out another gal) and halfway through our conversation my esthetician told the therapist I was speaking to «I hate to cut this short but I really need to make dinner. I’m starving.» Nothing else to say there.
I’m smart enough to know (from the customer’s side) that one employee does not speak for the business. But for most people, it does. And it was a disappointing experience.

I got a text and call from Ahn in response to my review. While I haven’t been back, I appreciate her customer service.

I’ve been a client of Ahn’s for 15 years, at 2 other salons before she started her own. Ahn has always been professional, courteous, and respectful of her clients’ time, in addition to performing outstanding work. Ahn treats everyone the way she wants her own salon experience and goes out of her way to schedule your personal services for your special day. Ahn does it all with professionalism and grace, and I would never go anywhere else.

I came in for the first time ever for my appointment with Aitana. As a man this is just a new experience for me, I’ve never though of my skin as something that should be considerate of and have taken it for granted my whole life.
The experience I had now gave me insight into why a people like the spa treatment. Aitana was excellent at her job explaining what she was doing to my skin and why. She answered my questions and acted in a professional manner. As a facial treatment virgin she took any awkwardness out and educated me on how I should take care of my skin and measures I could take to maintain the work she did in cleaning my face. I highly recommend AHN Skin & Beauty and Aitana!

Okay so this review is a long time coming– I had a facial last month that has sustained a variety of stresses and travel, but still musters a compliment every now and then about some magical mystery facial ‘glow.’ I had an appointment with Carlee and she was super sweet and thorough. She did an amazing job with the facial itself and the bonus upper body massage. I can’t wait to go again especially for that massage!
Side note: the waxing at this place is meh– both pricing and complete removal wise. Stick to pampering yourself at this little haven and you can’t go wrong!

Super awkward wax experience, Janina would only wax my Brazilian area not my bikini line which I’ve never experienced in a wax– I told her that was my vagina hair and I’ve never had anyone leave it. Until she did just now. I didn’t even tip her. Like who gives someone a Brazilian wax and leaves hair there on purpose!?! A bad waxer who is trying to nickel and dime you!- literally she asked if I’ve paid extra for it. So if you want to pay for a Brazilian and bikini wax try her but if you’re like me and expect it all removed don’t come here!

Very nice job, Carlee! I went in for a Spa Week special facial. I felt relaxed and pampered afterwards. My face is bright and cheery and I will definitely be coming back! The location is easy to find and there is plenty of free parking. I recommend you give this place a try.

I am literally in the parking lot after my visit with Carlee. I’ve had expensive facials, I’ve had cheap facials and this one is right up the middle and the best one yet. Carlee talked me through my concerns and shared some tips with home care so that the professional facials will be more beneficial. She understood my needs and kept the mood light in conversation but really got down to business with my skin. Hope my face receives the treatment well!

I’m pretty sure I just got waxed by my best friend. Or at least Theresa makes it feel that way.
Thankfully after a small mixup with Groupon, Theresa was there to save the day and me as a client. Or else I would have never experienced the best Brazilian ever.
She was incredible. She welcomes you with such a great smile, assures you that it’s going to be quick and smooth if you’re nervous, and the next thing you know, your pants are off and almost done.
She doesn’t count to three like my previous Brazilian. She finds talking is a lot less painful and she’s right! We talked so much that I totally forgot I was getting waxed!
I can’t say enough good things. The place is also so clean and you don’t feel like you’re in a doctors office. With it being designed so beautifully you almost feel like you’re at home.
Lastly, Theresa offers a great deal for her Groupon clients, gives you a great coupon to refer friends and even offers a special offer for you when those friends book with her.
So go do it! See Theresa and you’ll thank me. I know you will.

I found my place for facials! Finally!
I looked up on Unilocal some good reviews for this place and decided to go there for a facial. I must say I am very impressed and very happy with the services. Janina helped me and she was very friendly and professional. I skin feels soft and glowing :) Thanks Janina, thanks AHN.

AMAZINGGGGGG! Their service is wonderful! So far I’ve had Becca for massages and Janina for my ultrasonic cavitation. Becca is super sweet and her massages feel amazing! Janina is also soo friendly! I have an appt with her to do my eyebrows and airbrush tan. I’ll do an update post and let everyone know how that works out. :) As far as the ultrasonic cavitation, results vary from person to person. You HAVE to drink lots of water and exercise after. I’ve lost about an inch in my waist after 9 days, but I’ve also been going to the gym everyday since.
I also love that you get the same great service even when using coupons or special deals: D i know some places treat clients differently if theyve got coupons or special discounts.

Great job as always! I have had my eyebrows done and a facial. Both services were great! I would reccomend to anyone!
They also do spa parties which is a ton of fun to do with your girfriends!
