Have you visited your doctor, been treated and still feel sick? Or are you on medication that is only partially helping or has harmful side effects? That’s when you should consider trying functional medicine.
Patients with a wide variety of conditions can benefit from a functional medicine approach, including:
— Diabetes
— Cardiovascular Disease
— Fibromyalgia
— Autoimmune diseases
— Digestive disorders
— Hormonal & Thyroid conditions
History
Established in 2014.
Advanced Functional Medicine was founded to give patients an improved, comprehensive, patient-centered approach to healthcare. Conventionaly speaking, healthcare has shifted to more of a drug therapy model, which in many cases only treats and masks the symptoms of the disease. Functional Medicine treats the underlying cause of the disease it self. This practice was designed with the philosophy of putting the ‘care’ back into healthcare. Spending time with patients, and giving them the comprehensive laboratory testing needed to identify the root causes of their individual health issues & customizing treatment plans that best serve the patient. Functional Medicine is truly the path to good health, longevity & regaining true quality of life.
