Stan from Ace Appliance Service is awesome. I called to schedule service for my dryer, he came out and had it working within the hour. He was on time and super knowledgeable. His pricing is fair and well explained.
I have used the A&E Factory Repair service before. I was always a bad experience and still ended up with a broken appliance.
I recommend Ace Appliance, it is so great to be able to call someone to fix a home appliance who is honest and reliable!

I can’t say enough good things about Stan at Ace Appliance. I had an obscure need to modify my conventional oven, and sent a quick email through Unilocal at 9:00PM on a Sunday evening. At 9:05, I got a text asking how he could help and if I was free to talk! Stan donated 20 minutes of his Sunday night to carefully listen to my needs and explain my options. It turned out it was something I could do myself. No charge for his time, no charge for a service visit, just awesome instructions from a great rep at a great company. 6 stars to Stan if I could!

Ace appliance is truly as good as it gets. Stan called me back super promptly and came out the next day. He explained the issues and offered an expert assessment on what was worth fixing and what I should eventually replace. Super reasonable price as well. Look at all of Stan’s other 5star reviews and go for Ace Appliance, it’s a no brainer.

I’ve usually called Sears to repair my appliances. The frustration of dealing with the voice activated phone service and long wait times (not just to talk to someone, but to get the repair person out) motivated me to seek help elsewhere.
I will definitely call again if in in need of appliance repair. He gave a thorough explanation of what was wrong and a lot of helpful tips of how to keep the dishwasher running to its optimal efficiency.

I made an appointment with Ace Appliance to look at my coin operated washing machine. Stan showed up right on time. He quickly diagnosed a bad inlet valve solenoid. He replaced the inlet valves. He then opened up the machine to inspect and lubricate other washing machine parts. I was very pleased with his expertise and his fair charges.
Ace Appliance will now be the service of choice when I have an appliance breakdown at one of my rental units.

I called and left a message for a service call and soon thereafter received a return call from Stan. Told him the recent incident with our Thermador microwave and talked about a couple other appliances we inherited with our new home purchase. He determined that we could «wait» to see if we had another incident with our microwave. Very informative, and no rush to service. I will definitely call him should we need a service call. Seems extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Don’t think you could go wrong with this guy — AND his service call charge (which would be applied toward any repair/​parts) is nearly half what other places are charging.

I trusted the Unilocal reviews and they are spot on! Extremely professional, responsive service. Will definitely use again down the road.

I had an issue with my dryer not working. I called this place and they got back to me very quickly. It was this Polish man, very friendly and VERY knowledgeable. Cool guy who definitely knows what he’s talking about and it was at a very fair price. I normally don’t write a whole lot of Unilocal reviews but this guy made me want to spread the word.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, efficient and professional appliance repair service then Ace Appliance is who you should call! Ace has fixed a few of my appliances in the past including my refrigerator and stove. Stan is always courteous, professional and I trust his judgement. I have never felt over charged or cheated out of pricing with Ace. When my stove went out, he came right over and fixed it in a matter of minutes (at least it seemed that quick).
Stan is extremely knowledgeable and reliable. You can’t go wrong with Ace Appliance Service.

Stan is, as everyone else has said, reliable, punctual and knowledgeable. Plus, he works with your schedule, his prices are reasonable, he takes pride in his work and he’s so neat you’d probably never even realize he was there if it wasn’t for the fact that your dryer started working again. We won’t hesitate to use his services again.

Great service! My neighbor had her dryer fixed by Ace Appliance and she recommended them to me when my fridge died. It was very easy to schedule service call. The technician came on time, called 15min before arrival and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The fridge was fixed at reasonable cost and I was given tips on maintenance. I give Stan 5 stars for his skills and dedication. I will use this company again.

I have had Ace Appliance fix my microwave, dishwasher and washing machine on separate occasions.
Each time Stan was very punctual. He gave me a window of time, called 30 minutes in advance of arrival.
He is extremely knowledgeable about how all these machines work. His prices were very fair, he worked fast, left the area clean and all the equipment has worked perfectly since he repaired them.
I will use ACE for all repairs and will refer with confidence.

I have not had much luck with appliances and I have had different repair companies come out in the past few years. Stan was by far the best. He listened to my explanation of the issue over the phone and gave me an idea of hat to expect.
He went above and beyond working with my crazy schedule.
Stan was incredibly nice and helpful. He took the time to figure out what was causing the problem and solved it in one try. When it comes to appliances repair, Stan has it down to science. I would recommend him without hesitation to friends and family.

First of all… lets just talk about EMERGENCY when the refrigerator just STOPS WORKING!!!
SO I called around and of course did my pricing and tried to get a scheduled appointment and the earliest anyone could see my refrigerator was maybe 2 – 3 days out. (It was Monday and I needed it Monday not THURSDAY!)…
Well after calling folks and not really feeling successful… I called Ace Appliance Service (which is a very new company I might add… because there were absolutely no reviews to base anything off) and I stated my dilemma to the — assumed owner– Stan. Of course I was ready to write down the day he figured he would come out and mentally making notes of what I needed to cancel two days out… and shockingly … Stan said he could do it that day… *let the heaven gates open up*…
Stan showed up in less than an hour (talk about speedy service)… and he was very polite and professional. He diagnosed my fridge’s problem and worked his magic! And BOOM all up and running!!! The cost of his labor and parts were extremely affordable and honestly the least expensive out of the others I called. I definitely know who to call if any more of my appliances break down and will let my family and friends know who to call if they want quick, efficient and affordable work done!!!

I called Ace appliance because my refrigerator broke Friday afternoon. Stan was able to come that same day and he diagnosed the problem very quickly. My fridge had a bad control board and I was very pleased when Stan told me that he had the exact replacement in his truck. In an hour the fridge was running like new! I was very pleased with the quick and efficient service and most important the price was very reasonable.
