I have known Andrew for more than 10 years. Since he is very experienced and properly credentialed to work with the public to assist in document processing, I routinely refer all such inquiries to him. I often receive calls of gratitude from those I refer. He routinely provides services to his clients with integrity and honesty.
As a fellow independent paralegal (and a paralegal for 26 years), it has been my observation that the most difficult services for a paralegal to offer is the range of services offered by Andrew Helm in working with the public. For a paralegal to assist individuals inexperienced with the legal community and legal process, and who are often in distressing legal circumstances, requires great patience, kindness, and exceptional knowledge and experience. (Especially given the challenges of a shrinking and seriously backed-​up Court system.) Andrew provides a valuable service with compassion and skill.

I used Absolute Executive Document to handle my divorce a few years ago. The process and my circumstances were simple enough that I could use this service. I also used the service for updates for splitting assets and was pleased to have Andrew Helm handle the trips to court and the retirement entities. More recently Andrew helped me locate documents I needed on a moments notice. I really appreciate Andrews flexibility and response to the needs I had during my divorce process and accommodating me on the conventional and less conventional process of the legal system.

My overall experience was a positive one. Mr. Helm is polite, experienced professional paralegal and knows the business he is in. I never thought he was an attorney as other people have stated. My Divorce was handled quickly. Although the process was long for additional filings I believe this was due to the court and nothing would have been gained with moving faster so it all worked out.

I hired Andrew Helm to file a motion for me. My attorney had almost the entire package prepared for me before I could no longer pay her. Mr. Helm took over 2 ½ months to file the paperwork with the court after I had signed it. He then did not provide me with the filed copies after telling me repeatedly that he had mailed them to me. Because of his negligence, I missed me court date. Additionally when I spoke to the judge, Mr. Helm had done all the paperwork incorrectly. I now have to pay someone else to refile everything again. Because of Mr. Helm I now have everything delayed and I have looked terrible in front of the judge. Do not use him.

I hired Paralegal Andrew J. Helm of Absolute Executives in December 2013 for my divorce to prepare documents for my case. I was contacted by my husbands attorney stating these documents were never received. I asked Mr. Helm what happened. He stated he had a courier hand-​deliver them. I informed him they claimed to have never received them. He stated he would deliver them himself in person. Again, I was contacted by my husbands office stating they were never received. I notified Mr. Helm again and he then faxed them. My husbands attorney said that what they did receive was not done properly. I then asked for a written, sworn affidavit from him stating he did in fact perform these services as I had paid him, in the event the other attorney is being dishonest. Mr. Helm has not provided this after numerous requests.
I paid Andrew $ 2500 and got horrible service. His gave me a vague receipt, I never received monthly billing statements. I asked for a refund and he stated he would mail that to my by the end of last month and he has yet to provide this. He avoids my calls, claims to have been ill. I had to hire a new attorney who informs me Mr. Helm is falsely claiming to practice law as an attorney. I am being taken to court for Mr. Helm’s lack of service which could result in a $ 10,000 fine assessment I could be held liable for due to Mr. Helm not providing the needed response I hired him to handle.
I am hoping nobody else falls victim to this scam artist. Be forewarned and steer clear of Andrew J. Helm and Absolute Executives Legal Services.
