I spent a few hours looking for a long distance tow and the pricing was quite astronomical until I received a quote from Alex. I was a bit hesitant at first, but after reading the other reviews, I would have to say I am in agreeance. Top notch customer service, with competitive pricing. The price I was quoted was the exact price I paid. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to deal with a great business looking out for the consumers best interest.

Needed to get my mustang towed, it’s lowered so I needed a flat bed to tow it. I gave these guys a call due to their great reviews; I was not disappointed. They arrived very quickly and are very competitively priced. If I ever need a tow again I will call them.

Great company! They have great customer service. I needed my 72 Chevelle towed from a storage unit to my house. They had a nice flatbed trailer for the car and (with my weak assistance pushing the dead beast) got it out of the storage unit… my house is on a hill so the driveway is inclined and the garage is 90 degrees from the driveway… he was able to get it backed up right and turned into my garage no problem! Good experience. Not a scratch on my baby. I was worried my driveway/​garage orientation would be a problem, but not at all! And it turns out Alex, the owner, has a chevelle himself and they informed me of their shop. I am glad to know and will be using them for some work on the car. Great people!

Early this morning On the way to work, my radiator hose busted. All the coolant was drained and my car started overheating. I pulled over to the shoulder. Looked up towing companies and A&D towing was a 5star company on Unilocal.Reviews speak for themselves. John arrived within minutes and hooked the car up very quickly. Towed my car to the shop and gave me a ride to work. Excellent customer service. Will be using this company for any future needs. Definitely recommend them for all your towing needs.

Alex and his crew at A & D are fantastic; they have a lot of knowledge and experience working on the Toyota Prius. My ’07 Prius had a dead battery while I was deployed so my wife called A & D. They saved us close to $ 100 on a battery and installed it at the house for her. Recently the same car needed an oil change and spark plug replacement. Alex and John at A and D did it in a morning along with cleaning the throttle body and buffing out the headlights all for nearly half of what the dealership wanted. The car is running fantastic and my gas mileage has increased another 5 mpg! This is a really well run company that consistently over delivers.

Thought my 03 Mitsubishi Eclipse was waterproof and I tried being a ‘boat mobile’ last night over by point loma in the flood rains. Nope, car died instantly.
I called A & D Towing around 6 last night and they willingly came out to get me and my dead car. More than grateful to have them respond instantly and was able to get my car home safely, no problem.
Appreciate the support, I know it’s your job, but customer service was superior to none! Thanks again!

The thought of having to deal with towing company is not one that starts me off in a good mood. I was hopeful after the Unilocal reviews and quite honestly was not disappointed. Driver was on time at the prearranged time. He was very curtious and helpful. I will definitely keep their number should I need it again. Pricing seemed very reasonable. So much so that I even gave a tip.

I spent a good amount of time calling around for someone to tow my 1969 VW Bug. Just like any good stereotype, I found each company true to form: rude and overpriced. That is until I found A & D Towing and Alex. Alex is the bomb-​diggity. No. Seriously. He really is. He’s just a good guy. No hidden agenda. No hidden costs. No empty promises. His company even has a special tow truck that is used for vintage cars to make sure they are given extra care at no extra cost.
So there you have it — Go Alex or go home (many many many hours after waiting for a tow).
