Established in 2008.

Although he’d spent 22 successful years in the telecommunications industry, Ken Macdonald felt the need for change, recognizing the deterioration of customer service and lack of attention to detail from telecom service providers and vendors. He came to the realization that the telecommunications industry practices and his personal values were not in alignment. He then made a commitment to create a new kind of telecommunications company.
