Three Generations Pool/​Spa Service specializes in Pool and Spa Maintenance. We having been providing excellent pool and spa service to satisfied customers for over 30 years! Since 1977 Three Generations of qualified pool and spa maintenance technicians have been serving satisfied customers in the South Orange County area.

Maintenance Service:

*Check pool/​spa Chlorine, Salt (if applicable), PH, Alkalinity and TDS levels

*Inspect and turn on equipment

*Skim/​Net debris

*Vacuum pool/​spa bottom

*Empty skimmer and pump basket

*Brush pool walls to prevent algae build-​up

*Adjust equipment

*Administer chemicals

Quality Control:

After the services are provided each week a service technician will leave a card at the equipment. The card will provide the homeowner with the satisfaction that the technician provided the correct services to their pool/​spa on that given week. The card will be marked with the chemical levels of the pool/​spa. Any changes to the pool/​spa equipment will be marked and discussed directly with the customer.

Formed in 1977 by the First Generation with the vision to provide superior customer service at a fair value. Now, 30 years later we still pride ourselves on the same core principles the company was founded on.

Wow! For the first time I’ve found a pool service that actually shows up when they say the will. Over the past few years I have tried and used a number of other service companies to take care of my pool. Ross and his team are great.

I hired Three Generations about 3 months ago to do estimate on a water pipe repair and without a quote or approval from me, they fixed the pipe without notifying me. When I confronted them about it, they said they would not charge me for the repair if I hired them to service my pool. Since I was already looking for a pool serviceman, I decided to give them a try. They were hired to come maintain the pool weekly and the first two weeks were fine, but then they started missing weeks on a regular basis and the pool was dirty all the time. I would call them to come deal with it, and only then would they come clean it. Finally, since I live in a gated community I checked my records and found that this month the pool man only came once and reported it to Ross, his boss and Ross came himself to clean and fix our pool lights. After he left the water in our spa got drained to only about ¼ of the usual water level and when I called him about it, Ross told me it was not his fault and it was because of our bad equipment leaking. However this had never happened to my pool before and only occurred after he came. He then told me he was too far away to come back and to fill it up with a hose myself (with a bad attitude). As a result my husband googled the problem and fixed it himself by simply switching a switch and the water came back. Our experience with Three Generations is that they are unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional.

We have been through a couple different companies and my husband wasn’t happy with the service we got from either of them. He is so happy with 3G. They are great with our weekly service as well as repair issues we have had. Easy to communicate with, reliable, and professional!

After our original pool service was bought by another company, service and communication became very poor. I decided it was time to seek out a new pool service company. I met with and received bids from 4 companies in San Clemente. I checked references for all of them and then decided on Three Generations Pool Service. The references I spoke with were correct! Now, I’m a reference. Our pool and spa have never looked better! Ross is reliable, easy to get a hold of and very pleasant to work with. He spends more time on our pool each week than the other company did in a month. It is a pleasure doing business with Ross! I highly recommend this company!

I hired Three Generations after going through a couple of different pool cleaning companies and being less than satisfied with their service. I waited 6 months to write this review so I could give an accurate assessment. For almost 6 months I received great pool service. They were punctual and did a fantastic job of cleaning and scrubbing my pool walls.
Unfortunately a component of my pool malfunctioned and it took a week for someone to come out and look at my pool. During that time my pool had to be shut off and in that time some green algae grew on one of my walls. My husband and I were less than satisfied when 3G finally came out to look at our pool and told us it was working just fine, even though at the highest setting our pool crawler was barely moving. I told 3G about the algae for two weeks the algae continued to grow until every wall was covered in it.
Finally we called another pool company who was able to fix our pool problem and get our equipment functioning at it’s normal speed. They immediately addressed the algae problem and within a week our pool was clean and no longer green. We have now switched our weekly maintenance to the other pool company.
I gave Three Generations 3 stars for the good service they provided before the pool problems.
