Established in 2007.

Serenity Limousine Service brings over 30 years of transportation experience to the table and opened its doors in 2007. Despite the recession we have managed to grow stronger and larger as the years have passed. This suggests that we take care of our client base, and always supply prompt, affordable, clean vehicles and chauffeurs.

We have used Serenity several times in the last year and they have been wonderful. On one occasion, there was a possibility that our flight would be diverted to LAX if we did not make it to SNA before the cutoff time at night for landing at SNA. I alerted Kaeri before we took off and she assured me that she would track our flight and we would be picked up at either location. This relieved us of an enormous amount of stress and was much appreciated. We’ve had Cassie and John as drivers and they are excellent. We will not use another company.

I am really happy I found this reliable limo company. I love how the drivers are always on time for my pick up, its really important for me to keep my appointments. This company feels just right they go above and beyond with their service. I even got a thank you card which i thought was a nice touch. Fantastic experience! We used Serenity when traveling to the BCS National Championship game in Pasadena. We were staying with family and needed an easy way to get up there and back safely!
Kaeri was incredibly helpful in securing the parking pass needed for our ‘tailgate’ and was very responsive to our questions as we are in NC and were planning our trip remotely.
The limo arrived a few minutes early, was decked out with orange and blue napkins for us and full of beverages and ice and plenty of tailgate supplies! Jody was an incredible driver and cooked up ribs for us there in the parking lot! He brought extra food and was very personable. Gave us great tips, but wasn’t overly talkative. Not one comment about the crazy music we played and even had burgers and cold beer waiting for us on the grill we got back from the stadium!
Hands down the best service, the car was clean as a whistle and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We just wish Auburn had won! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and use them again when we are there!

We rented a limo for Bön Jovi concert. We had Kassie and she was amazing. Exactly on time and dropped us off as close as she could get and told us exactly where to meet her after. She was very accommodating to where we wanted to stop. I can’t say enough great things. It was all girls and she had it decorated with pink and zebra print balloons and napkins! And great liquor! Thank you so much again!

I cannot recommend this company enough! From the first contact a week prior to the rental, the company was very professional and on top of everything. I hired them for a night out with some friends to celebrate a brithday. Our driver Kassi, was very professional and so helpful. They deliver exactly what they say they will. The bar was fully stocked with good quality liquor, plenty of Ice to keep things cold. Car was spotless inside and out. They even did some very nice decorating inside the limo for the birthday celebration. We even forgot a gift in the car, and before I could even contact them about looking for it, it had been delivered to my home. You just could not ask for a better company! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

We had been using this company for over a year and were very happy with the service and reliability. On one occasion I forgot to tip the driver traveling alone with kids to a new airport, nothing was said the following time we called them to transport our guests to LAX the driver kicked off about not being tipped and was incredibly rude, my husband tried to reason with him and explain if I had forgot he should have said something before now rather than embarrass us in front of our guests… the driver proceeded to unload the bags and drive off… I called Keri and told her what had happened she offered to get another car but we didn’t have time to wait. The biggest disappointment for me was following this incident no one made any contact to apologize or rectify the situation we now use another company for all our transportation. You can’t judge a business until you have a problem and based on their after care I would never recommend this company incredibly unprofessional in handling situations when things go wrong.
