Socal Limos and Buses

I had such a fantastic experience with Socal Limos and Buses! I worked with Suzy to rent a party bus for my husband’s 30^th birthday. Suzy was incredibly friendly and accommodating and helpful – and it didn’t hurt that the price was much more affordable than I had anticipated! And our driver, Jeff, was FANTASTIC. He was so friendly and professional, and completely forgiving of our loud, off-​key singing in the back of his bus :) As I told Suzy afterward, I will use Socal Limos and Buses again and again. My experience with them was flawless, from start to finish.

Socal Limos was great! We used them for our wedding on 10−10−15. Ordered a party bus for 20 ppl. Bus arrived on time, exactly what we ordered and clean. The driver was courteous and drove us everywhere we asked him to in order to get pictures done between the ceremony and reception. They offered a great price as well.

For once, everything went so nicely and smoothly! Suzy was a great help, I kept in contact with her often, asking too many questions and she would always answer back as soon as she could! I rented the 45 passenger Party Bus and we had a great time! The driver Jose, was extremely cool and understood all the time limits we had and kept in contact with me during pickup and dropoff. Also super cheap prices compared to others! Made our senior homecoming amazing

Suzy was really friendly on the phone when I called.
I called for a quote for a charter bus from Irvine to Big Bear Lake. She told me that they unfortunately don’t send their buses up to Big Bear/​mountains. They do flat land only.
She then provided me the name and number for another company that she knew DID service mountain areas.
Would contact them again in the future for a different route.

I called for a party bus rental a few days ago and spoke with… Woody? Yea, Woody. Anyway, he was super friendly and funny and gave some tips for great places in to hit for a Temecula wine tour extravaganza (it’s my first time)! Great customer service for sure, and I cannot wait for my party bus! :)

Called them by accident — thought they were in San Diego. Instead of blowing me off, she told me what kind of rates I would be paying — what to look for… Etc! I LOVE their customer service, even though I’m out of their service area. Katherine helped us (Katheryn?) thank you!

Initially I spoke with this company months ago for a quote on some charter buses. When I was ready to book however, the process was awful. At first, no one would get back to me. And I could not leave any messages because the mailbox was full. When I wrote an email to the company, I got a reply with a contract that had nothing to do with what I had asked for. It wasn’t even from the right company. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone, they kept interrupting me, not allowing me to ask any questions. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing, and when I finally was able to ask how much everything would cost, it was $ 1000 more than the initial quote I got. Maybe this company is ok with rentals for a smaller sized group but unfortunately my experience was pretty terrible.

I rented a Partybus for my daughters senior prom for her and 19 of her friends and all I could say is from the amazing and friendly service provided by SoCal limos and busses last night was perfect. Suzy was very friendly, she scheduled my service and answered all of my questions. My daughter and her friends have all stated that the limo driver was cool, friendly and there for them. I would definitely recommend this company for your rental service needs. Thanks again for amazing service provided.

Extremely pleased from start to finish. Rented a bus for high school prom for 45 seniors. Woody who made our reservation was very courteous and helpful as well as Suzy. They were both extremely professional. The bus was amazing and the students said it was one of the highlights of prom night. The driver, Daniel, was very professional and personable and bus arrived on time for pick up and drop off. The price was very good. Highly recommend the company.

I scheduled with so cal limos and buses for my birthday party. I reserved the 28 seater bus. It had a great club feel to it with the lights and stripper pole! The driver was polite, chill and had a lot of patience with our rowdy crowd. The lady that handled the whole transaction and scheduling over phone was Suzie, who my boyfriend and I liked to work with. She was nice. The whole experience would of been a 5 star event if only the surround sound in the bus was working. The speakers kept going in and out of sound and the passengers at the back if bus couldn’t hear anything! That needs to be fixed. Otherwise great place!

Thank You so much Suzy for such an amazing experience for my birthday celebration on January 24, 2015. Daniel was our driver and we went to Temecula for a wine tasting day! Loved Daniel, so patient and nice! Appreciate all the extra attention you gave me Suzy with all your recommendations for a great wine tasting day. Highly recommended. Took a group of 30 to tour various breweries in Torrance and Redondo Beach earlier this month. Woody & Suzy were extremely easy to work with and driver Steve was great. It was a memorable day that kicked off our Holiday season. 5-​Stars.

SoCal Limo is the way to go when planning an event. 20 of us rented a party bus and went to the Charger game Sunday. Jeff our driver was awesome. From beginning to end he was so helpful, from loading the bus with our tailgate supplies to packing it all up so we could get into the game on time. I wouldn’t ever go elsewhere, this service was a solid 5 stars. Thanks to Susie as well, she’s the office person. So friendly and accomodating.

I wish I could give 5 stars. Our service was great, but definitely not perfect.
I rented a 33 pax bus from Majestic Limo/​SoCal Limo for the Ducks/​Kings game at Dodgers Stadium. Our group met at the BJ’s at the Outlets of Orange, and I wanted a 3:30 pickup.
Michael was our driver, and he called at 2:50 saying he was on his way for a 3:30 pickup. He was prompt, but lacked that extra something to make him a great driver. We had a wheelchair person, and he didn’t attempt to assist in any way. Perhaps its company policy not to help? Regardless, I was lucky I had some strong men to help one of the passengers get to the front seat.
While we were getting the wheelchair person on the bus, Michael was running an imprint of my credit card, and having me fill out paperwork. As I am typing this, I realized I never got a copy of the paperwork I signed.
We left promptly at 3:30 pm, and took the oddest route to Dodgers Stadium… the 22 to the 405 to the 605 to 105 to the 5! I would have assumed based on the GPS on my phone he’d take the 405 to the 110, and get off near Chinatown.
Regardless, we got to Dodgers Stadium, and the Ducks won (yay). Upon leaving the stadium, I knew it would be a nightmare, but Michael did great in getting us out. Now, you would think he’s at the stadium for 3 hours, he’d listen to the traffic at some point? There was a major mutli car accident on the 110 freeway going north, and that affected both directions. That delayed us about 20 minutes.
Then, it seems he was determined to get us to the 22 freeway, and tried getting to the 405… when it would have been easier to take the 110 to the 10 to the 5 south home… or even the 110 to the 91. No, we got stuck in road closures, and detoured around Cal State Long Beach, all the way to Los Alamitos/​Stanton! At this point it would have been easier to take us to Little Saigon.
FINALLY We got back to the Block of Orange at midnight, but I also had to pay an overage of an hour and 41 minutes. OK, I knew that there MAY have been a possibility we’d be late coming home (my contract said 10:30 drop off, but we didn’t leave Dodgers Stadium until 10), but even with the late departure, and if we avoided the accident, we could have been back in the OC by 11:15.
Michael was an excellent driver, even though he lacked personality. He reminded me of driving with Grandpa… he drove, and you just sat in the back seat and stayed quiet. It would have been much better if he knew his way around LA better, and even if he didn’t have a fancy phone, he could have listened to the radio for traffic.
At the restaurant, we saw some other Ducks fans who was at the game, and they were surprised we just pulled up. They also attended the game and had enough time to get a late night snack and was leaving the restaurant.
I’ll gladly recommend So Cal Limo. Excellent prices, but I wouldn’t recommend Michael if its a complicated drive from OC to LA.

What can I say about this company! From the second I called in and spoke with Suzy I felt like I was her most important customer. I ordered the 30 Passenger party bus for a corporate night out on the town with our employees and this bus did not disappoint. Our driver was early, courteous, and awesome. We had to make an impromptu stop to pick up a couple of party supplies I had forgotten and the driver took me exactly where I needed to go. The rest of the night went very well and my staff had an amazing time on and off the bus. Thank you So Cal Limos and Buses for excellent customer service and a great night out. We will definitely use you again!

If you are looking around for party buses this is the place you want to book with! My group and I rented the club style party bus for our homecoming and it fit 30 of us perfectly maybe a couple more. Hands down the best customer service, I was looking around for quotes and Suzy didn’t just give me a quote we had an actual conversation and I felt so comfortable talking to her. I had to give her a couple a calls to plan out everything but it all went smoothly as planned with a last minute route change. Suzy is a real sweetheart, she honestly cared about me while I was stressed out planning for the event, and really did take care of me as she said. No other company can be as friendly as they were, all the other companies only care about is raising their rates to whomever will pay the most. I got a really excellent quote, even more than generous. The bus itself was amazing! My group pretty much spent the whole time dancing before we even got to homecoming! But I do warn you if you are wearing heels and dance while the bus is on the freeway or if it turns, brace yourself! The bus had controllable lights, spinning poles, and was iPod compatible I even brought my charger and was able to charge my phone so it didn’t die throughout the night. Alvin was our driver and he was so much fun, everyone liked him, he wasn’t just our driver he apart of our little dance party! He definitely took care of us just as Suzy promised me! I look forward to booking with them soon! I can’t thank Suzy enough for everything !

Never having the experience of a party bus, we weren’t sure what to expect. We contracted the black bus for our son’s wedding. Suzie was very patient with us, even though we changed a few things at the last minute. She knew that we were new to this and explained and/​or answered all of our questions. Rudy was our driver and was very professional. Rudy was early to the hotel and was always just a few minutes away. As the guests got tired, Rudy shuttled back & forth between the reception site and the hotel.
The bus was exactly as advertised. If we ever are in need of another party bus, Suzie & Rudy will be taking care of us!

We rented a 45 passenger party bus for my daughter 16^th birthday from SoCal Limos /​Majestic Limo /​Party Bus 4 Us. We worked with Suzy and she was wonderful! So accommodating! Our bus driver was Ruth and she was awesome. The bus was amazing and the kids loved it. The party would not have been as fun without that bus!

First off I would like to thank Suzie at So Cal Limos and Buses. She was absolutely wonderful in giving us and our client exactly what they were looking for. The client had a great experience with you guys this past Sunday when they went to the Jay-​Z and Justin Timberlake concert. The client recommended us to use you guys from now on.

I called last Monday thinking there was no way I could get a party bus for that same Thursday but to my surprise they had one available that fit my party of 18 for a very reasonable price. Suzy the lady who made the reservation was extremely nice and the driver Jim was very professional. He arrived ahead of schedule so we could take care of paperwork and we left exactly on time. Great experience no complaints.
