San Clemente Buggy Bath

Kind of another San Clemente dinosaur. Once nice but worn out and run down. The place is clean and safe at all hours but that’s all the good news. It’s shabby and worn out. The equipment is frequently broken. The hoses leak, the bill changers are temperamental. It’s dark and hard to see at night. They close at ten but the change machines and vacuums are usually turned off an hour or two early. It’s OK for what it is. It’s just sad seeing a local business be neglected and run by someone who doesn’t seem to care.

I usually go to this place and have no issues when I use cash. Everything works pretty good and I usually have no issues. Today I went there and unfortunately I use the card scanner for the first time it worked like it should its a minimum $ 5 charge for 9 mins I ended up using it for a total of 9mins 45secs and then clicked the little button to end the transaction it said it charged $ 5.75 to my card. I left there all happy and fine when I got home to check my wellsfargo stateent and they charged me $ 5.75 plus a different charge for $ 4.26 and another for $ 10.01 what the heck? This is bull! I really hope they fix what happened to my card being charged this blows. Anyways I will correct the rating if they fix what had happened. Don’t use your card at this place.
Update 5−5−15: they fixed the charges on my card and billed me the right amount. Thanks guys!

What happened to this place? It used to be great but for the last six months I have had all kinds of problems. Sometimes the coin changer doesn’t work. Today, the credit card scanner at one stall didn’t work, and another was knocked off the wall. Last time, the water in the sink didn’t work and the vacuum I put money into didn’t work either. Did this place change hands? It sucks now!!!

I usually wash my car in my driveway, but since we are in a water shortage, I thought it might be better to come to a self serve car wash. At first I was not impressed since the soap that comes out of the brush was not working. After a brief conversation with the tech on site. He was able to get the soap flowing. The water pressure was great and it looks like they had everything I needed. This car wash deserves 5 stars because of the customer service. Keep it up!

When ever I’m on my way to Los Angeles and my car is dirty I stop off at this self serve car wash. The water pressure is so strong I don’t have to work out my arm that day. It has everything you need and vaccums.

For a do it your self place its got all the things you need to wash you car yourself. Kinda cool.
