I got locked out of my car and was helped out pretty well once the service got there. It took about 1 hour and 30 mins to get there and I asked for a discount cause of the wait and they said they couldn’t. David was very nice and polite and really helpful though and his service was great. The only thing I can complain about was the price and the fact that they also didn’t do a military discount when I heard from others that they did.

The. Best. Incredible customer service!!! I never do reviews but after the horrid service/​treatment I received from other Laguna Beach towing services I just had to say something. If S&K only knew the bad day I was having — and how their kind ways helped me… They might be shocked. Thumbs up and then some!!! You guys are appreciated!!!

Ended up going with MG Towing after was quoted by S and K Towing for the following. My 2013 Victory hardball broke down on the 5 freeway and I made it to the Big O Tires in San Clemente. A tow from there to NCY in San Marcos is 35.9 miles. Their hook up quote was $ 85.00 and $ 5.00 a mile as opposed to $ 55.00 and $ 4.00 a mile. Crooks!

These guys are great! I called and needed my son’s totaled and stripped down truck towed from my house to a recycling plant. Another towing company left me in the lurch, so I needed this done within an hour of my phone call. Brian was terrific and set it up for me (with a great price!) and Mark, the driver, was quick to get the truck loaded and to the destination in time.
Profession and courteous, if you ever need a vehicle towed, absolutely use S&K Towing!

These guys were very friendly, from the tow driver (I believe the name is Noelle) who maneuvered my classic BMW onto his truck with care, to the staff at the office in Irvine who were open to me looking at my car after the accident, I’m so grateful to you all for your kindness and consideration.
