Elke H.

Business Owner

Elke Hinze is the owner and lead designer at Plumeria Web Design. Elke has been developing websites since 1995. She holds a Master of Science in Information Technology with a Specialization in System Design and Programming and not only can she program, she designs too! Elke has worked for numerous organizations including the United States Army, in the telecom world and for a world known crane manufacturer. She currently operates Plumeria Web Design full-​time.
