We just moved and used Gray’s Installations to update/​fix our in home sound system, which was in disarray, configure my Son’s gaming system, and upgrade our home theater system. We could not be more pleased with the efficiency and professionalism from Al Gray, the owner who did the work. I would recommend using Gray’s for any in Home sound installation or repairs.

I can’t say enough good things about the owner, Al, and his company. Al wall-​mounted 2 TV’s (50″ and 75″) for us and installed in-​ceiling surround sound. He is everything you want in a contractor:
1. On time, every time
2. Extremely competitive prices
3. Listens to you and actively consults
4. Friendly and polite
5. Never makes assumptions and ALWAYS checks with you first before doing something that wasn’t explicitly discussed
6. Keeps the project area clean and does a very thorough final cleanup

I worked with him for my whole entertainment system that was installed five years ago by Geek Squad. The Geek Squad people messed it up big time. Mr. Gray came and redid the whole thing and installed my new TV. What a nice, clean and neat job. I would refer him to my friends and family. He actually spent so much time to reprogram my universal TV remote and taught me how to do it myself in the future. Very caring.
