Dr Crawford seemed okay. What has caused me to give one star is that I talked to his staff before I booked the appt and was told my PPO insurance would cover my visit. I then received a bill for $ 276.38! I called, left messages for the billing dept but never got a return call. I wrote to his billing dept and never heard back except for additional bills. I then wrote to Dr. Crawford himself asking for some explanation. What I then received was a bill from a collection agency. Thanks Dr. Crawford, a little explanation would have been nice rather then a collection agency bill… Disgusting!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Crawford for 14 years. Very caring, takes his time and will always make time to see you when needed. He will take the time to see what is really the issue and them work with you to ensure you get the treatment you need.

I would say the staff is very nice.

Dr Crawford is great, when you get to see him. Typical you will only see his PA unless you book months in advance. The office staff seem to be overwhelmed, when you call you’re on hold for a while and they frequently forget to do things. Twice in the last four months they forgot to send a prescription order and it took two weeks to get them to do it. Just today went to the lab and they were supposed to send an order four days ago but again they forgot. So I write this review while sitting and waiting for the doctors office to do something they were supposed to do days ago. I’m looking for a new doctor office.

I came to the office a few months back with an inflamed spot on my face. I was convinced it was a fragment of a bullet lodged in my cheek from a shooting range mishap years ago. Dr. Crawford was not in so they set me up with this younger blonde doctor. She came in reeking of arrogance sucking on some kind of breath mint. She took one look at it and said it was an ingrown hair and to forget about it. I said «are u sure… it hurts and looks infected». She told me she would do nothing and I left. Fast forward to today when earlier I saw a dermatologist and they confirmed my suspicion of a metal fragment, removed it, few stitches and I was on my way. Thanks for failing to properly diagnose me and take my 50 $ co-​pay, done with them… SMH

I just called this office to schedule an appointment as a new patient. It took 15 minutes on hold before I got through to a real person. The person who answered had a rude tone as if I was interrupting her right off the bat. After saying her generic greeting, the first thing out of her mouth was «what insurance do you have?» (apparently all that matters is how they are being paid?!) and when I said «Blue Shield PPO» she quickly said «we don’t accept Blue Shield». That was it. No «I’m sorry we couldn’t be of assistance, have a nice day», nothing. Very rude!
Since I am unable to actually see Dr. Crawford, this review is solely for the appointment scheduling process.

Dr. Crawford is a great Doctor. This poor review is only because the staff is worthless. Both appointments I had with Dr. Crawford I had to wait over an hour just to get seen. Now if the waiting room was packed I would understand but when your the only one in the office it’s ridiculous.

Dr Crawford is great! I was referred to him by two friends in 2011 and then found out a number of other friends go to him as well. He’s very thorough, takes the time to listen, and explain things to you. Very happy to have him as my doctor!

Excellent staff with friendly medical care for the whole family. Dr. Crawford is especially good with surfing related injuries and ailments. Book in advance since its a busy office.
