Dr. Mohammed Ali

I have been with both doctors for the last two years. The location is ideal for me, and the staff are friendly and efficient.
Dr. Ali and his wife have been great, especially when I had two bouts of facial shingles one after the other. He drove down from his other office just to see me and order different medication. I really appreciated this; I was in absolute agony.

This place horrible. I had an appointment with Dr Mohamd Ali. He came to he’s office late. My appointment was at 11:30 he saw me at 12:15 and then he saw me he schedules me for a next month. I needed to be seen sooner because. Then I saw he’s name on Unilocal and saw a lot of bad reviews. I had to change my insurance and change my doctor for a better doctor. So I had to cancel my appointment with doctor Ali before he’s appointment date. It kept going to voice mail until today they called me in the morning to show up and the lady who called me from he’s office tells me to call if I might want to cancel. So I called at the same number to cancel my appointment. Every time I call the number there’s something wrong with the phone service or something it won’t complete the phone call. So I guess they want me to show up physically and cancel my appointment!!! I don’t really care. I won’t be driving there. It’s just not worth my time.
Btw before I forget. I have been trying to call and cancel my appointment since last week and the same phone number I called before to make an appointment with him. Now only goes to a voicemail and never gets answered. it’s thier office number. I called and left 5 voice mails that I am gonna cancel my appointment and they never did.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Mohseni. Unbeknownst to me she is not there in the afternoons. While not knowing this, I sat in the waiting room for 76 minutes past my appointment time. SEVENTY SIX MINUTES. I got a refund and made my way out of that place. Extremely unprofessional.

By far the least professional Dr. s office I’ve dealt with. I go to the Lake Forest location. I generally make 8:20 AM appointments and Dr Ali arrives to the office at 9 AM if I’m lucky. Can’t make an appointment without waiting on hold 10+ min. I only continue to go there because a Dr I love Dr Rizwana Mohseni now works there. This review only reflects on the management and Dr Ali. I called today after 10+ attempts with the line being busy and found out that despite me being in pain almost 2 weeks he won’t take the time to call me until tomorrow despite several hours being left in the business day. Guess its a 3^rd ER visit for me this week due to multiple referrals to drs who don’t accept my ins and no reply from Dr. Ali. If you have all day to sit around for assistance this is the place if not go elsewhere. Only thing Dr. Mohommad Ali cares about its padding his wallet by over booking and trying to sell his supplements. Stay clear of this place!

Dr. Ali is truly one of the brightest doctors I have met. He understands the whole body and treats the whole person, including the emotional or stress side of life.
Dr. Ali discovered my illness that no other doctor found, and helped me to treat naturally.
He’s amazing, and so is his staff.

Dr. Ali, and his wife are both terrific doctors! They take there time and give you the care we all deserve. If your looking for an Excellent Doctor don’t hesitate to try them out. They will always try to fit you in even if they are busy. Hard to find good doctors that take there time these days.

If you want to diagnose yourself and get drugs, this is the doctor for you!
If you want a doctor that takes the time to diagnose and help you, maybe give lifestyle advice or act as more than a drug dealer — keep looking.
Also, despite the fact that FEDERAL LAW changed August 2012, they still try to charge me for my well woman exam. And when I show them the web page citing the law, I get attitude the rest the time I am here.
Dr. Ali put me on a very high dose of thyroid medicine after one blood test; turns out it was a fluke; I spent the next six months learning the hard way to not trust doctors who react as drug dealers to one test without doing any further investigation.
I do not recommend this doctor or his PA Amena Ali at all to anyone. Ever.
