History

Established in 2000.

After spending 25 years building Stewart Surfboards with my husband, Bill, I was excited to establish myself as an independent Realtor in 2000. I quickly rose to the top of the pack, becoming one of the top agents in my office in my first year in business.

Initially, most of my business came from existing acquaintances, but as my clients experienced my work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for real estate, they quickly started referring me to their family and friends.

In 2010, I added my daughter, Ashley, to my team. Her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and work experience in advertising enable us to create high-​quality marketing materials for my clients.

I have received many «top agent» awards over the years and I’m so grateful for how my business has grown and prospered. I look forward to helping many more people find their paradise!

As my client base grew, I decided to add my daughter Ashley to my team in 2010. She ensures top-​quality marketing for all of our listings and also handles day-​to-​day activities, like answering the phone, scheduling appointments, etc. Ashley earned a bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and has 5 years of experience at one of the top advertising agencies in the world. A native Californian, Ashley lives in San Clemente with her husband, Erik, and two young daughters, who all love spending time at the beautiful Southern California beaches.
