I have been in health and fitness for twenty five years. I specialize in incorporating different training methods to meet each client’s individual fitness goals

I meet with and train clients throughout the London Area, whether it be at, your private gym, your home, the park or at a local gym.

Training the same way day after day can get boring. I Utilize different trainig techniques during each session which leads to faster results and a higher level of motivation. Some of the training methods I incorporate include: functional training, dynamic training, core and stabilty training, resistance training, aerobic training, anaerobic training, flexibilty training, interval Training and circuit training. These methods continually keep the body challenged which helps to prevent plateaus. This multi-​faceted approach results in a workout which burns far more calories than traditional weight training.

History

Established in 2000.

Thirteen years ago, I started working as a personal trainer at a private gym. In 2000, I decided to start my own personal training business. Fortunately, many of my established clients insisted on hiring me directly. Since then I have had many referals from satisfied clients.
