Unfortunately, we were put through a series of ridiculous encounters with this company. They will not go above and beyond and have left us with a nonworking/​non usable pool. While the owner is very nice he seems to think I should be an expert at fixing pools. Maybe he is just too busy to handle all the business he had, but I cannot recommend this company to anyone. We were left with a mess and no note each time they came. Also, if anything went wrong like water pouring into our front yard, it was my fault and Harold was quick to point that out. We feel swindled and saddened by our experience with this company. Thank you for ensuring my children were left without a place to swim when you felt your work was done.

Harold is fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the problem with our pool and came back with affordable alternatives to fixing it. I highly recommend Harold, he has integrity and is very honest.

Impressed, thankful and trusting. Those are the feelings Splash Pool Services left me with after helping me out with a broken heater. My pool heater busted, and the prior pool service I had took me thru an adventure of pressure sensor swap, temp sensor swap, new pool filters, a blower replacement and was about to change the gas valves. Then I found Harold and Dennis. They replaced the whole heater at a very competitive price. Harold was very transparent in the quoting. Dennis was a true craftsman in the install. The main pump had trouble priming, and they saw that too and fixed it up with a check valve. The work happened very promptly, and was professionally done.
I also phoned for advice on GFI tripping, and Harold walked me thru how I could diagnose and fix that myself. I really appreciated this non-​service call too.
I know how hard it is to find a competent pool service company. This is my third, and I hope final attempt. I found one that was competent, but did not understand service (my first). I found another that understood service, but wasn’t competent (my heater adventure one). In Splash Pool Service, I feel I found one that lets me use «competent» and «service oriented» in the same sentence.

Our pool heater is incorrectly installed. The exhaust is pointing directly at a house air vent. Dennis came out and pointed out that we should block off the air vent before we get it fixed. He said the pool heater company sells a kit to redirect the exhaust away from vent. He said he will report back to Splash Pool and then we can ask Harold about the cost. I liked Dennis. He seems like a good guy.
Then I tried to contact Harold to get an estimate and the experience went from good to bad. Harold’s reply is that they don’t know what the solution is and he cannot provide us with a quote. He showed no interests in helping us. The initial visit by Dennis turned out to be a waste of our money and time.

I was referred to Splash Pools by my home warranty company when my salt cell was not working properly. Harold, the owner, was quick to contact me and send out a technician to check on the problem. The necessary part was ordered and replaced in a timely manner. Harold was full of helpful information on maintaining my system and truly a delight to work with.

I had to have a Jandy 3-​way valve and check valve replaced for my pool/​spa. Harold was quick and efficient in handling my request. I also had him replace my old D.E. filter with a cartridge. His rate was reasonable and fair.
Dennis was very personable and great to work with and pointed out some issues that needed to be addressed. Harold was quick to get me revised pricing and scheduling in the needed work.
Harold is good at keeping you updated with scheduling via e-​mail.
I highly recommend Splash Pools to take care of your pool needs.

Harold, the owner, is forthright, looking to do what is right for the pool owner, not looking for providing equipment or services that just put money in the pocket. Dennis, the site manager, is knowledgeable, and identifies things I can do to keep their fees down. They did a repair job for me and my pool is cleaner with equipment running smoother than it has at any time in the last 30 years. Dennis was on time, did a clean job and was done in quick order. From now on, Splash Pool Services is my first call for any pool repair work.

Love these guys! Harold is the owner and Dennis is the site manager. Between the two of them they can easiy fix your pool and spa and provide weekly maintenance at a resonable rates. They currently are fixing a mess left by another pool service that left my pool/​spa in complete disrepair. They are honest about what really needs to be done as opposed with what would be nice to have at a future time. They charge reasonable rates and are very responsive via email and phone. They come when they say they will and are easy to work with.
