Dave and Mark could not have been nicer both on the phone and when I came in the shop. I needed a new car remote reprogrammed on a very old system. It was challenging and they had to research how to do it but they got it done! I would definitely recommend their shop.

Had some stereo parts put in my car. I chose this place because of the 5star reviews. The labor prices were a little on the high side compared to other places i had spoke to but i wanted it done right the first time. I set up an appointment to have it all done and dropped it of in the morning and had it back before closing. After leaving the shop i noticed that the steering wheel controls were not working (something i payed 75 $ for an adapter). I called them and the guy answered and said he would check with his technician and they never put the part in. he told me they would fix it for free (no shit!!!) so i brought it back in and waited for an hour to get it all fixed up.
bottom line is when you pay top dollar for a service you expect it to get done the first time. They made is sound like it wasn’t a big deal that the part didn’t get put in. just business as usual. didn’t offer a discount or anything for my trouble which seemed kind of off.
Wont be going back.

Thanks! These guys stand behind their work. I had my stereo installed here and unfortunately a speaker went silent. I took it to their shop and in no time they found that the wire vibrated off. They reattached it, secured it so it wouldn’t happen again, and sent me on my merry way standing behind their work and not charging me a thing. Thanks guys, my stereo sounds great again!

Just had a stereo put in our daughters 20+ year old GMC truck. SoundWaves did a top notch job. Gave me quote and they stuck to it. Very professional and easy to work with. I recommend them highly.

Took my transit van here and had them install my portable navigation to my visor to where you couldn’t see the wires and my Sirius radio also which was an added feature not included in the purchase of the van they did an excellent job would not take my van anywhere else had some issues with my Clifford alarm in the beginning but they made things right. Turns out that the transit center door locks give the installer some troubles when putting in an aftermarket alarm but Dave and Mark are good people and They take care of you don’t need to go anywhere else. I have an old saying you can’t improve on perfection but I think these guys continue to improve great bunch of people can’t say enough good. Thanks guys!

I now understand why these guys have a five star rating. Truly great service, they bend over backwards to get my Tesla setup with dual dashcams. Call In Sick, So You Can Listen To The Radio. That rare thing in car radio is SoundWave a wholly unexpected pleasure. This store is filled with must-​hear-​moments. Both Mark and Dave are exceptional at serving customers who are interested in a new car radio, speakers, amps, woofers or fixing the ones they already have. If that wasn’t enough both are car enthusiasts with deep knowledge of both modern and classic automobiles. Real craftsmen with a top level customer focus. The shop has an amazing selection. Plus top notch service. Audiophiles, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for your aural needs. In fact I am returning for another system in my second car. These guys really know their stuff so that you can strut you stuff when out and about.

Horrible service.
I was just there about 20 minutes ago and about 15 seconds after I got there a women customer arrived. And what I believed to be the owner seen me get there before she did and he still helped her before helping me. If your going to run a business you should know that it’s FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
So if your a guy going to get service there and a women arrives a little after you do, expect to be helped after she helps. Even tho you were there before she was.

I retained Soundwave to help me with a poor install by another shop. Not a pleasant job by any measure, but they did an amazing job. The were very thorough and reasonably priced. The found HUGE issues with the install done by the other shop that caused the entire electrical system to fail. They basically re-​wired the entire vehicle back to stock. I HIGHLY recommend them. Now if only the shop that did the original install would have properly warrantied their work and fixed or removed it.
These guys are PROs! You are lucky to have them work on your vehicle.

I was very pleased with Mark’s quote and efficiency in installing my camera. It took less than an hour and I was good to go !
I told him that if I liked this video camera for my car that I purchased on Amazon I would buy two more and he could install them. I would definitely go back to this business.

Dave helped update my 20 year old system in my 1965 Convertible Mustang. This included installing a RetroSound receiver, replacing my tweeter/​mid-​range in the doors, and replacing the amp in the trunk. I was able to re-​use the sub-​woofers mounted under the convertible top in the trunk. They kept me in the loop on all the details and even cleaned up/​fixed some non-​related stereo issues.
If working with an older car, I would highly recommend Dave. He knew exactly what needed to be done and had previous experience with the RetroSound receiver.

This place charged me $ 1200 to install 4 door speakers, and new deck and wire a subwoofer. I had already bought all the materials on amazon except for an amplifier and 4 alpine door speakers, I just needed an install. Not very competitive. The worst part about it is, Soundwave installed the wrong amplifier which blew my $ 300 JL W7 subwoofer. I took it in and showed them that the sub cone was frozen and they told me that the subwoofer was defective and there was nothing they could do. I called JL audio and they shipped me a brand new sub to replace the «defective one» within 2 days. I took the new sub back to Soundwave and asked the to please install it. They did, and it fried again two days later. I feel like they overcharged me and did a horrible job. Dont understand why they have 5 stars and 100 reviews. I bet you these reviews are rigged

Not only doing quality job, but truly responsible for their work. I had them install a MobilEye 560 one year ago. After 7 month the system broke down. They did some adjustment and the unit still not functioning. Mark had my car in and took it down. THen, he worked with the vendor to find me a brand new unit, and installed a brand new unit last month.
The whole process took about 4 months and they worked on my car three more times after my 1^st installation. They did not push me away, but actively contacted me and have me come in to be sure my problem is truly gone!

The have done all my cars now and they are great. They know their stuff and Mark will work with you to get what you want. Tony on his staff knows more about the electronics and Mark knows the products. Dave is grumpy but knows the acoustic side.
The install in my XTerra and Q45 came out great and they got rid of my old horrible alarm on my 300ZX to a new easy open and closer.
The are a busy place so make sure they know you are coming and setup your appointment early but it is worth it.

Mark and his staff are top-​notch. I had them install a bluetooth stereo in my 2002 Volkswagen Eurovan. One quick phone call and Mark explained my options, gave me a quote, and scheduled an appointment for installation. Once I arrived, I was shown options, made my choice, and the installation was quick. Mark then walked me through all the options in my car. I’ve had a couple of follow-​up questions and he was happy to answer them.
After my stereo experience, I decided to have them install my window tinting. Again, it was a pleasant experience and I’m thrilled with the result.
The only negative is that if you book a 9:00am appointment (when they open), be prepared to wait while all the morning appointments are checked in. But that’s because this isn’t a drop + go type business, so just set your expectations accordingly. The staff will take all the time you need to process your order, and that’s definitely worth the wait.
