Motion Pro was founded by Christopher Carter, a gold medal winner in the prestigious 6-day ISDT. Carter and his team of engineers work directly with top riders and mechanics in AMA Pro Racing, GNCC, Enduro, ATV and Baja to develop and test our products. Motion Pro has its roots in racing and provides support to many professional and amateur riders. I snapped my throttle cable on my custom bobber and I couldn’t find my specific cable anywhere. I was referred to Motion Pro by the guys at Cycle Salvage. I called them and they advised that I ship them my snapped cable. When they received it they called me right away to discuss it with me and made sure that we were on the same page. They were very helpful and informative with me. They gave me a time frame of 2 weeks and called me to let me know when the build was finished and being mailed out. My new cable came in the mail perfect and fit like a glove. No issues! I highly recommend this company. Great customer service and masters at their craft.

After breaking my clutch cable adjuster, and despite nobody else carrying such a part, right before Labor day weekend I talked to an awesome guy on the phone who went out of his way to find the part I was looking for right before closing time. They stayed open past closing time so I could pick up the part; upon arrival he gave me the piece for free with an extra. I will defintely be coming back here, they are genuinely nice people who really care about their customers and provided me excellent customers service. This place feels more like a mom and pop shop rather than a corporation who only wants your money.

What a bunch of crooks! I called to order a throttle cable. When it got delivered (after taking 8 days to ship!) it didnt fit despite my exact specifications over the phone.
When I checked my bank statement, they charged me THREE times for the same part.
Took them 22 days to issue the refund for the wrong part and they gave me the run-around about the over charges. I had to call my bank and settle it through them.
Save your time and blood pressure and order through a different outfit… one that has the slightest bit of integrity.
