Brian is awesome! Called him early in the morning because I had a rush job and he was at my place within an hour! Prices are reasonable and he does a great job! I would highly recommend.

Brian is fantastic and runs a superb business. He brings strong moving support and they do an incredible job. I hired Brian and Martine to help me pick up some furniture (bed, huge sofa, dining table, etc). The move required carrying these VERY heavy pieces down THREE floors of TIGHT staircases. They somehow managed this feat with no complaint and great professionalism. There was the tiniest scuff on the end of the bed frame, which Brian fixed with a furniture pen. He did not charge me for the extra time and let me keep the pen at no charge. The furniture is all 100% perfect now and the move was VERY affordable.
I can’t recommend Brian enough!

I called Brian on Thursday afternoon and by Friday noon, my junk was removed within 15 or 20 minutes. He was very professional and charged me the price that he quoted me on the phone. I would definitely use Brian again.

A perfect score. Brian was punctual, polite and the price was fair. He and his helper were very careful removing the furniture I hired him to take, making that the walls and doors were not scratched. I would not hesitate about calling him in the future.
update-​Usually the third time is the charm. Not in this case. A no show for a scheduled pickup, no explanation, no returned calls to try reschedule. No thanks.

Brian was fast, reasonably priced, and extremely easy to deal with. My boxes and other loose junk simply disappeared from my garage in less than 20 minutes and it was left as clean as a whistle. I would definitely use the Junk Master again.

If you need junk removed, Brian and Junk Master are the people to use. Plain and simple, this company is fast, prices very reasonable, and the whole transaction was hassle free.
We had bought a new couch and needed to get rid of the old one + a few items (large fishtank, broken game table, rusted bbq, old chairs, etc) and didn’t have a truck to move them. I had looked into taking it all to the dump but that would require us to rent a UHaul so I went to Unilocal to get a few estimates.
10am — Called another company, Set an appointment for three days later. Really?
10:15 — Called Brian — Said he was really busy but could stop by later in the afternoon to give me an estimate.
12:30 — I am running an errand when he calls me. While driving back I called him and give him permission to look on the side of my house so that I can get an estimate. The price was lower than I had anticipated so I told him to start working.
1:15 — Arrive home to Brian and another man loading up his truck.
1:30 — My house is clean
I was incredibly pleased by Junk Master and the whole transaction. I will recommend and use this company for all of my future waste removal needs.

Thank goodness for Unilocal.My husband was going to call a big name junk place, and found Brian. He came to meet us. Took a look at our stuff, quoted a VERY reasonable price and started putting junk in the truck immediately. Not everything fit, so he came back later to take the rest. Then we had another minor pick up, and he got that too.
We were moving and under a tight deadline. He was friendly, professional, reliable and fast. His prices are low and reasonable. If you are moving or have another junk related situation, do not hesitate to call Brian. We will be hiring him again.

It was Saturday and I was moving out of my apartment and I needed to get rid of a large TV out of my apartment by Sunday morning.
I called Brian on Saturday and he was able to swing by my apartment on Sunday morning and take away my TV. Brian doesn’t work on Sunday but he understood that I needed help. I was impressed that he was willing to come over on his day off, he was on time and his rates were very fair.

I was downsizing from a good size home to a smaller apartment, which meant that I needed to get rid of STUFF. After several weeks of purging my closets and rooms I found myself overwhelmed with junk. Soon after the junk started to pile up in the garage and the trash followed. At the end of my move my garage had become the dumping ground for anything and everything.
My boyfriend is a huge Unilocaler and encourages me to Unilocal a business before I make decisions on where to eat or visit a business. As soon as I mentioned I needed help cleaning out my garage he had a listing of local businesses up for me to review. Junk Masters had the best ratings, so I did what any good Unilocaler would do. I called them and Brain set up a time to meet right away. He was on time for our appointment, was friendly, and went above and beyond my expectations. The price was reasonable for the amount of trash and junk he hauled away. He finished the job within 2 hours and did an awesome job. He left my garage CLEAN! I mentioned Unilocal and he gave me a $ 40 discount on my bill. I highly recommend Junk Master for your future clean up work.

So, I had been looking around for someone to come and pick up all the crap that was in my backyard. Not owning a truck makes things difficult. I was having a wake for my uncle at my house on saturday, and I needed to get rid of it all.
I called up Junk Master on thursday hoping that I could get him to come out either thurs or fri. I told him how much it would be, and he gave me a fair estimate, although I guess there was some confusion on both of our parts. I had thought I told him about an old lazy boy that needed to go, but I may have been wrong.
Our appointment was set for friday morning, and at about 9:10, I received a call letting me know that he was going to be a little late due to traffic. Our appointment wasnt until 9:30. I respect a business that will let you know the moment theyre going to be late. Seeing as I was listening to the radio at the time, and knowing 101, I already figured he would be late. Props for calling ahead of time though.
When he got here, he gathered up all my crap that was already piled up, and tossed it into his truck. When he saw that he had to take the lazy boy, he called and let me know that the lazy boy was extra. Something about how bulky it was, which I understood, but thinking that Ihad told him about it, I was confused. lol. Things ended up working out great though. He didnt overcharge me like most places would have.
With a place like this, youre paying for convenience, and thats EXACTLY what you get from these guys. Very polite, and fast working. If youre looking for someone to haul away all that crap thats sitting in your garage/​backyard/​house, I would suggest calling Junk Master up. Theyve also got a $ 30 off coupon on their page as well as one off a 10% off a full truck load. Saving you a few bucks, and still doing the job the way it SHOULD be done. Big thumbs up.
