Jack in the Box

Typical JITB food. Dining area was dirty especially for 7 am. All tables were dirty and the floor had food under most tables. GROSS! Makes me wonder how bad the kitchen is.

I truly despise this place. There is a 20 minute wait always! I call while waiting asking why the wait and they say they only have 2 employees. I seriously wish the corporate office would close this place. It sucks !!! I feel bad for the two fantastic employees who work there.

If your posted hours say dining room open until midnight, why were all the doors at 8:45 pm.

Went through the drive through and when it came time to pay, I could not find my card. I was embarrassed, freaked out about my card missing, apologized and expected to leave empty handed. The cashier insisted I take the food. Of course I found my card on the floor of my car when I got home. I will go back to pay today. I did not get the name of the cashier at the drive through 4÷16÷16 about 10:15 PM, but would like to thank him. I’m not sure if this is standard Jack procedure, but regardless, I give 2 thumbs up! Thank you.

The workers here was amazing and had a great attitude it’s just that the girl couldn’t work out coupon

This is really a one star joint, but they get bumped up to a two for being open super late. Food is not good, but it will fill a 3 am bar belly when in-​n-​out has long shuttered.

It’s Jack in the Box. This one is always #%!? closed by midnight, with a stool blocking the drive-​thru. It’s one in the morning, where else am I supposed to get two greasy tacos for a dollar?

Avoid this location if you don’t wanna spend your whole lunch break waiting in the drive thru or the lobby. They’re very understaffed. On this day in particular, I walked in and ordered a simple chicken sandwich and a jumbo jack. I ended up waiting almost 15 minutes. The lobby was empty and the drive thru had about four cars in it. I saw them make employee meals before mine!!! I’ve worked at a Jack In The Box and I have NEVER seen such pathetic customer service. If your meals are gonna cost about $ 9 on average then pay your employees more so that people will actually apply and that will solve your staffing issue! I felt like going back there and making the food myself! Are you kidding me?! Fire all these incompetent people, raise your pay for entry level employees, hire new employees that are grateful to have a job and don’t overwork them! It’s that simple!!! The food is ALWAYS COLD TOO!

This has to be the worst jack ever. I went there 10 – 25 at 215pm.
1) bathroom was filthy
2) the burgers were cold and they tasted unlike any jack burger I have ever tasted. Frankly they tasted like old burgers and lacked the consistency of other jacks that I have come to know and enjoy.
3) my root beer did not taste like root beer
4).The napkin holder was open and empty
I never review fast food joints but this one was so bad I think the owner needs to lose his franchise.

I’ve always liked the customer service here.
One time I was in the drive thru and my car was stuck.
I was really trying to get it started too an luckily there was no one behind me because I’d really be bothering them.
One of the workers came out and helped push my car thru to the window.
I got my food chilled in the parking lot and then my car magically started up too drive away.
Maybe it was just exhausted and needed a break, maybe it was tired because it was about 3am Idk but I do thank them.
Yo the iced coffees and the shakes are great here.

After leaving the drive thru for about a mile, I noticed they forgot to give me the iced coffee (it was on my receipt). So I went back thru and they gave it to me (with an apology, which was nice!)
But when I got home, I found that they gave me the paper SLEEVE to my taco but there was nothing in it!
Meh :(
Officially done with Jack in the Box…

Worst food ever. Asked for cream and sugar for coffee (which I handed back because it was cold), only sugar was provided. The salt I asked for the hash browns was also not provided. When coffee was replaced, it was worse than original cup, however, it was hot… it tasted as if the attendant poured hot water through a bag of coffee grounds and served it as fresh ! The tacos and hash browns were also extremely greasy. …this experience has turned me away from Jack in the Box forever !

Cashier & Handling is a Serious Food Health & Safety Problem without washing hands!
I walked in seems short staffed because me and another couple were standing in line for 5mins. Lady worker was busy «fixing» the food as she tells me I’ll be right with you…
As I’m watching what she’s «fixing»…
She hand holds a taco putting it in a bag. She puts down some fries in fryer. Then Makes 2 more Tacos adding the Lettuce By Hand & stuffs in their bag.
I turn around to the couple and say, «I hope she’s not the cashier too!» Couple say, «I’m just like you & oh no we’re leaving!»
Finally the Lady worker says, «hi may I take your order?»
Me: «So your the cashier too?»
Worker, «Yes, we’re doing everything around here & the guy is on break.»
Me: «SO. your the Cashier handling Cash & The Food Handler??»
Lady worker Stares at me with a Blank face: «…»
ME EXITING THE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT… Starbucks here I come!!!

Shoutout to the cashier dude at the drive thru for being hella cool to us this morning at 4 am.
As someone who has worked at a fastfood, it’s hard to be enthusiastic with people at 4 am, so thanks man!
And shoutout to this location for being open ²⁴⁄₇ @ the drive thru.

The worst Jack in the Box I have ever been in. The restaurant was dirty with sticky floors. My cashier, Habib, went from handling my money to making tacos without washing his hands. He obviously cared about nothing as his demeanor with me was that of a bored ox. I usually could care less about fast food restaurants, but this was a cut below even for one of them. Do NOT eat here if you care about your health.

I have to say that today went so wrong I usually have a placent experience. I understand that they were busy but, that’s not the way in treating a customer that is paying for there food. I asked what was the salad on the display the woman who took my order and later on I was told it was the manager was rude was not friendly. I wasen’t given the chance to finish my order she just gave me the total. I told my daughter I’m just going to wait in line to ask for an explanation and leave Im going to buy anything. She was disrespectful and I said I don’t want anything and left nevet again stopping there again

Great, convenient location. Food is usually pretty good and the drive thru moves quickly. Customer service at this place needs a lot of work though. No one seems to have a smile on their face and usually seems snippy to me. Their soda machine also breaks down fairly often, which is a bummer. Seating area is nice, not too comfy but I haven’t had to spend a long time in the dining room. There do seem to be a lot of homeless people who hang out at the tables though, and I’ve had a few bother me while I’m trying to eat. Bathrooms are almost always clean, which is great.

I had breakfast. Good. Bacon seemed a bit stale, but it does in most restaurants. I’d go back.

We took a little trip through this Jack in the Box drive-​thru on the way back from taking my aunt to the Dr. to have her staples taken out. We were pretty hungry and she needed a drink to wash down her new prescription.
We spent quite a bit of time waiting in the drive thru lane. I know this, because we were watching with fascination a seagull helping himself to culinary treasure he’d discovered in the dumpster. We laughed and talked as we watched him but at least we were entertained.
I ordered tacos (2 for $ 1) and she ordered a chicken sandwich and a pumpkin shake. Our order was correct, hot, and tasty. The only drawback was the slow service.

No time inside a fast food joint should it take half an hour to get your food. Mayyybe within the ironically titled «In-​N-​Out Burger,» which always has a ginormous amount of customers. But here, with about 5 other guests max?
Beyond that, seemingly clueless employees (some even obnoxious and hostile) and a diva of a customer ahead of me really riled things up a bit, though it was somewhat entertaining. Still, it contributed to why my family’s meal cost about $ 10 more than it should have, and a few items in it were completely wrong (chicken instead of jalapeño poppers?). There was even an additional, unordered sandwich!
It wasn’t worth turning back to wait another half hour… I think the diva’s argument permitted my own sandwich to be sacrificed so she could be ridden of. Maybe that was for good of the whole, but it sure aided in my decision of the place.
