Great service, very friendly staff, food is really good, I love the service, only took 5 minutes to make my burger. The reason I take one star off just because I saw 4 tables dirty and finally someone came out to clean up. Not that busy at all, I understand when they have a rush hour

Gotta give this place a 3.5÷5 stars. First off, it’s In N Out, so it’s pretty much always gonna be delicious and a satisfying meal! I ordered a double-double with extra toasted bun and chopped chilies, yum. Also a side of fries and a packet of the Animal Style sauce. The food was yummm deeeeeelicious! As usual of course :) I’d been craving In N Out since forever. However, I came here in a hurry… A coworker and I decided to go in, instead of waiting in the drive thru(there were already 4 cars in line and the actual restaurant looked empty.) It was about 4pm, so not a particularly busy time to get burgers. Anyways, we ordered and everything, however it took us nearly 15 minutes to get our food(just two burgers and fries). The staff was really courteous and friendly, just wish the food might have come out sooner? No matter, I’ll still continue to come here!

This In N Out Burger is the closest to where I currently live and it is great. Plenty of parking and In a convenient location off of 101. However it is usually very busy especially for drive thru. Every time I come here people are very friendly and my order is made perfectly. Pretty inexpensive too. I love the shakes there. I usually order a shake with one scoop chocolate and one scoop vanilla and they never have a problem doing. Their burgers are always fresh and juicy and are made perfectly. I love their French fries because they are so fresh. However they are pretty bland without salt on them. I miss In N out burger and wish it wasn’t only on CA :(would definitely stop by especially if you are not a California resident or native, definitely worth it.

Always fast and friendly service at the San Carlos location. Food is always fresh as usual. Ample parking available if drive-thru is not your style. Expect lunch and dinner rush but be patient, the line moves steadily and someone is always out there to take your order AND it’s always correct. Best Fast Food Joint in my opinion.

Just gotta love your In-n-out. Always crowded but service is usually quick basic burger meals without the basic taste. The burgers here are awesome love the crunchy bun ends they are toasted just right. They have a secret menu I have heard its good I have yet to try since I am content with their menu. When you want a burger fries shake or soda this is where to go.

One of the best fast food places in the US! Got the animal style Cheeseburger — delicious! Light well done fries were unfortunately too cooked, next time we just get the regular at this location. But other than that, if you’re looking to satisfy your guilty pleasure this is definitely the place to be. Don’t regret nothing: D

Order your burgers well-done here. Especially if busy. Insane food poisoning, certainly from here(got enough food for lunch and dinner, didn’t eat breakfast) Typical In-N-Out, hard-working employees and quick service… yet one bad apple in the bunch under cooking patties, or one bad shipment of unfrozen meat…

Ok, we finally made it here after all the hype, after a few unsuccessful attempts due to the long lineups, and I was told I have to try in-n-out if I m in California. So yes, I had some high expectations, but I really don’t know why people are so smitten with this joint. I ordered the cheese burger and fries, both animal style. The burger was ok but nothing special, the thin beef patty did not taste that fresh and the fries were down right disappointing. They were stale, warm(not piping hot), and just had a weird texture. I have had much better burgers and fries else where(such as Habit burger and grill). Staff was very courteous though. Very disappointing overall, nothing to rave about.

If you’re driving along 101 near the airport and know how terrible the line at the Millbrae one is, this is a good alternative. What’s to say about a chain fast food burger that’s famous? Nothing really. The lines here aren’t very long, food is standard, only complaint is small parking lot.

The five stars are five stars for a fast food restaurant. Therefore expectations shouldn’t be too night. If you go through the drive through, like any other in n out, the you wait forever. But the staff is always nice and friendly and they make the wait as short as possible. At the San Carlos location we can usually find seating inside and never wait too long for our food or shakes. Best in n out location I’ve been to forsure!

Went to eat and when I notice my meat wasn’t fully cooked I asked for it to be cooked more. As i looked at the cooker turning the raw meet. Noticed he would also get the buns with cheese with the same spatula that he cooked the raw meet and with the same gloves that he used to put down raw meet. I told the lady what he was doing and that it could be dangerous due to salmonella cross contamination. She told me that no he wasn’t doing so and I told her I’m watching him doing it and insisted I was not seeing correctly and that he wasn’t grabbing buns with the same hand. I said I’m watching him doing it and I ended getting my money back. This happened on Saturday 20th around 11pm. I came they drive thru. This kind of food handling needs to be corrected and it’s not acceptable.

I’ve been here a few times and it always hits the spot. What an excellent burger and great service. I like the Double double with sauce. The fry’s are great and my daughter likes the milkshakes. Visiting In-N-Out Burger is a must stop for anyone who isn’t from California. The fact that they are regional makes it special. Its on my list every trip.

In and out is always good unless they get your order wrong. :(I miss my protein style burger and animal style fries. Oh well next time. Came here on a weekday night at 11 expecting a quick trip through the drive though but it was packed with so many cars. So decided to dine in instead but place was packed too with people that seem to know one another.

In-N-Out on a Sunday evening just sums up a perfect weekend. The cheeseburger– animal style with fries and the grilled cheese makes a satisfying meal.

This location has the best service and bah-gahs(Steve Martin circa Pink Panther) out of any other in-n-out I’ve been to in norcal and socal! The staff reminds me of super motivated and intelligent high school kids trying to get monies for college. And the burgers. mmmmm…they’re friggin tasty at THIS location. They’re well-made: piping hot bun, just the right amount of cold tomato and lettuce, and a good amount of grilled onions. Order: 1 cheeseburger animal style with fries extra crispy for $ 4 – 5. Because it’s just off the 101, you’ll almost always see long lines inside/drive-thru, no parking.

I don’t have to say much… It’s an In & Out! Just off 101 near SFO It’s fast It’s friendly It’s clean Orders accurate And they will whisper when your baby is asleep in the car!!! :) I can count on a quick emergency lunch here when I know I can’t possibly take my son in and out of the car for another crazy errand without throwing him into a whirlwind of upset because I know. It’s naptime ;) #YelpMom

Alright, I guess since I am a In and out regular it’s only appropriate to give this location a shout out for their good service and tasty food. I’ve been here during the rush hour at lunch for drive thru and they did a good job by having a employee with a machine take orders for cars. Much quicker than having one guy take orders, take cash, etc. The guy took about 5 – 6 car orders, waited till the cars caught up then took more orders. I was probably car #8 in line and total time from driving in to food in my lap, about 10 minutes, not bad considering I make complicated orders. As everyone knows, if you go there during peak times, like main lunch and dinner hours you’re going to have to wait. Everything is made to order but I think the drive thru at rush might be the way to go as they try to get through the drive-thru. I have also been there during non rush time, around 1:30 and went inside. It wasn’t too busy so my food took about 5 minutes to make. My normal order is a double –single(two meats, one cheese), animal style(thousand island spread, relish and grilled onions), protein style(No bun, meat is wrapped in lettuce) with chopped chilies. Did you know you can get your burger spicier by adding chilies. They will add it to your burger chopped as opposed to getting them in a bag(ask for hot peppers at the counter). I also think the fries in general aren’t really cooked that well, like some of the reviewers have said. Need a solution — Ask for the fries well done, they will be more crispy. Also ask for a packet of spread. Better for dipping the fries in than ketchup. I would agree with most others that in and out is more for eating now and not later. Their fries aren’t really good past about 5 minutes after ordering. Now that you know my order, it came out hot and I took it outside to one of the 9 tables they had outside. All the outside tables were empty. It was about 60º out and sunny so why not. Was pretty enjoyable for me. This in and out was clean, staff was very friendly, and they seem to be faster than other locations on pumping out the food. Also since it is a little out of the way it is less crowded than others as well.

I just moved to California and I’m not even trying to get myself kicked out or anything, but I gotta say that I’m just not an In-N-Out Burger fan. I’m not gonna rip it too much because I know In-N-Out is a pretty sacred place to west coasters and I respect that. I’m from a little town called Villa Park, Illinois and it’s home of the Original Dog House, aka Portillo’s and I would 100% go ape sh*t if anyone said anything bad about their hot doggy delicacies, so I totally get it, but hear me out– This wasn’t my first In-N-Out rodeo, but it did reinforce my initial from way back when I’d originally tried them(at several locations) in southern California. The not-so-secret menu is cool, and I really like that concept, but the burger bread tastes like when bread goes stale and you try to soften it up by putting it in the microwave for a bit, but that never works because it only takes like 2 seconds until it gets hard again, only this time with a vengeance. Part of me was kind of hoping to love it so I could be one of the cool kids, but even going late at night and having eaten nothing but an ice cream sandwich all day, didn’t help. Hunger is usually the best spice, but not even that could change the way I feel about INO. I will give props for the fact that when I went to eat the second half of my ‘grilled cheese’ the next day, I nuked it for a bit and the cheezy stuff tasted better than when it was fresh. The fries I got were another story. These are just not my kind of fries and I’m not a fan of the to-go packing in that paper tray. I def prefer the bag-style packaging so I can eat them out of my car cup-holder or my lap on the drive home like any normal human who gets fries to go at a fast food place does. The tray makes the spill-factor very high. Also, they make a big deal about them being fresh, but then why are they always cold as can be and taste like the stale fries I find in the crevices of my car seats when I clean them out?(yes, I’ve eaten them. Judge away. There’s no shame left to see here) i do like that it’s cheap, so there’s that. The people who work here are oh-so nice, even 30-minutes before closing, but it sure as heck took a crazy long time for my two items to be ready. I honestly think I could’ve gone to an actual sit down restaurant, ordered, eaten my food, and paid quicker than my food came up here. Maybe it’s a nostalgia thing or just something that if you grew up on it, you love it, but for me, it is not.

Gutes Fastfood Restaurant. Betonung liegt auf fastfood. Hier kann günstig vergältnismässig leckere Burger essen. Zu empfehlen wäre jeweils Animalstyle mit extras. Es hat zwar wenig Auswahl aber das wichtigste ist dabei.
