Description

Specialties

Sophisticated dining and private event space featuring the culinary talents of renowned Chef George Morrone, formerly of Aqua and Fifth Floor. Whether it’s a bite or a drink, or a leisurely dinner of shared small plates in our modern, welcoming atmosphere, Gusto awaits.

History

Established in 2013.

Gusto, in Italian, can mean «with enthusiasm» or «to taste.» For proprietor Enzo Rosano, both definitions encapsulate his definition of the name as patrons embrace his sophisticated and warm dining space with enthusiasm and taste the culinary talents of legendary Chef George Morrone. The menu, comprised of savory small plates and desserts, is a gustatory experience that follows a linear line of Chef Morrone’s career, creating cuisine that reflects European elegance and California freshness.
