We have been doing window treatments over 35 years in this area. We set up three stores in the bay area, but we wanted to set the type on small family run personalized service, so we started our own style of store or shop back in the 90’s. Custom furnishings using quality fabrics at reasonable prices. Many people have found their way to our door over the years. Everyone that walks in has a different need. We have a good reputation and good service.

History

Established in 1995.

We first set this store up in the Hillsdale Mall. Then we moved it to Rewood City. After another 5 years we moved it to Industrial Rd. in San Carlos. Then again after 5 years we moved it again to the present location on Old County Rd in San Carlos.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Second generation family business which was started in Denver in the early 50’s. After the war it was a problem finding any type of a job. So we created a small business of making things or finding things that people needed. My dad called on businesses all day long and asked what they needed. My mom sewed and made cookies and cakes. Years later my dad had created two companies, American Sanitary and American School Supply.

After high school I started Kraft Custom Furnishings. the Custom Design. We moved to San Francisco by way of Seattle in the 90’s.
