She is not aware of the market in bayarea since she is new here.
Also she is not aware of many important aspects of evaluating a good property.
When I try to withdraw my offer on one house only one day after I bid the offer, she told me I would lose my deposit. But this is not true, everyone has a 3-​day to withdraw without losing their deposit.

Very knowledgeable, patient, always positive. If you are a first time home buyer and everything seems scary in this Real Estate ‘game’ — she will lead you, by hand, through all the important steps (she will point out all cons and pro; very detail oriented person). She is available day and night for all your questions and concerns; and she always gives you such an extensive answers.

Always describes all hidden stones, — tells you the truth no matter what. She studies all disclosures so well and gives you detailed feedback about the condition of the property (and about many other important things) so well that you literally don’t have to read them — she will help you with everything! Always on time, always is willing to help! Very positive and very nice person!
