Dr. Aranibar is awesome! I am glad my brother referred him. I came in with pain in my neck, shoulder, lower back, hip, knee. Dr. A explained how the body works, recommended a plan, and now I feel so much better.
I was reluctant to seeing a chiropractor at first because I wanted to save money. I thought if I just exercise and stretch the pain would go away, nope! As the pain became unbearable I made an appointment asap. After the first visit I was miraculously feeling better. Each visit my body felt better and better and stronger. Now, I continually come in for check up and maintenance.
I went to a different chiropractor practice before Dr. A and the main difference is that Dr. A is simple and direct. The other office had me doing circuits of stretches, massages, shots, take home appliances, etc. Highly recommend Dr. Aranibar.

I went to this chiropractor because my insurance coverage would cover this doctors treatment. I had previously gone to Simon Yu which I was quite happy with, but my insurance didn’t cover my treatmeant there. I was so pleasantly surprised and very very happy. Dr A was able to identify things without me even saying anything and it was amazing to me. He identified some long standing problems I have had and im actually excited to be in treatment for some long standing aggravating issues. Very pleasant manner and knowledgeable. Office staff so positive and sweet and accommodating! Thank you!

I had really bad ¹⁰⁄₁₀ low back pain. It was a Saturday and I was from out of town. I really needed to get help fast. Dr. Aranibar, even though he closes at 11am, was still willing to squeeze me in when I called at 10:30. He was very knowledgable and explained everything from why my pain was happening to the procedures he was going to perform. Even when I was waiting for my turn he approached me, introduced himself, and assured me it was only going to be a few minutes. He got me in fast and treated my pain instantly. I will be referring all of my friends and family to him. Thank you so much for your expertise and generosity! Will be back when I’m in town again!

I love Dr. Aranibar (Dr. A) and his team! When I first met Dr. A, I had sprained my neck and could not move unless someone lifted my neck for me. I knew I had to see a chiropractor so I finally pulled myself together and made it into his office. Only if I had gone earlier! He adjusted me and I was feeling much better (moving!) the day after. Without Dr. A my recovery time would have tripled! He also customized orthotics for me to help with my body’s alignment since I also have lower back issues.
I have since recommended my brother and my husband to Dr. A and they both have benefitted a lot under his care. He is a great chiropractor and genuinely cares about his patients. Give him a call!

Whew! I had a severe muscle spasm in my mid back and I literally was hunched over and in tears. I was able to get a same day emergency appointment. He was very thorough with me, and had a very calming prescence. I previously saw my «normal» chiropractor and he did a few adjustments that seemed to flare up my muscle spasm. Dr. Aranibars approach was much more gentle, exactly what I needed. The next day I was able to lay on my back without crying, and able to walk without being hunched over.
I have already referred my best friend to see Dr. Aranibar, I def have found a great chiropractor in San Bruno! Thanks team.

This review is long overdue. I’ve been seeing Dr. A for over year now. I’m an active person and I am hard on my body. I like to jog, walk, dance, etc.
Last year, I was training for the TNT Lukemia Lymphoma Nike Women’s marathon. Without Doc A’s help, I don’t think I could have finished.
Erin always has a smile on her face when I come in and is very helpful. Marian, what can I say, she treats me like a queen when I need to lay on the massage table (not sure what you call it). Heated pad and 5 mins (or maybe more if doc A is busy w/​another patient). She’s good to me. Donna, always smiling and is very helpful w/​me bills. (I just have to remember to give her the right cc) ;-)
Dr. A gives me the low down. He’s very concerned about health and balance. He will also explain things to me in layman terms. With my schedule, it’s hard to scheudle appts. I love that I can just walk in and they’re always able to squeeze me in. When I don’t see Dr. A, I feel like my whole body is not in tact.
My headaches, migrains and backaches always disappear after I see him. I should see him more often. He’s easy to talk to and I feel very comfortable.
I recommended Dr. A to my bf and he too has nothing but praises for his techniques. (and he’s a big guy).
Overall, if you need to see a chiropractor, definitely try Dr. A. He’s done wonders for me. I plan on doing another marathon w/​his help.

I don’t have chiropractic benefits through Kaiser so I have to pay out of pocket. I met the dr. out and about when I was in Burlingame last year and he had given me his card. I recently started having lower back pain due to the crappy ergonomics of my office.
I made a same day appointment with him today and the office staff was very friendly. He examined me and made me feel very comfortable. He also told me my right leg is shorter than my left by ½″. Who knew??? I didn’t realize my neck and back issues since all I have been doing is masking them with massages and medication. I decided to see him because that has not been working for me and I don’t want to use medication. I like his approach of explaining what he is doing, the game plan, and tips for preventing pain.
5 stars all round! Would definetly recommend him and can’t wait to see him at my next appointment so we can conquer my back pain!

I have been treated by Dr. Aranibar for two years and my back has felt the best ever in over 14 years. As a teenager I had a bad sports injury to my lower back, and since then have seen six Chiropractors, but none of them took the time to thoroughly evaluate the source of my back pain. Dr. Aranibar took X-​rays of my back and discovered that I had a genetic defect in my lower back, which helped to explain the reason why I was still experiencing back pain. He is the only one who took the time to educate me on ways to care for my back in adjunct with his Chiropractic care. He has a positive and caring way of dealing with his patients. I highly recommend him! I have had some bad experiences with Chiropractors but he has really changed my views about the positive benefits of seeing a Chiropractor. Thanks to Dr. Aranibar I can run 10 miles a week, go dancing into the wee hours and practice yoga.

I was referred here by one of my buddies three weeks ago because I could barley walk. My back was jacked for reals. Doc examined me treated me slowly and gradually and what do you know? I went snowbording last monday I feel great! Dude is really cool I missed one of my appointment because I «brain farted» and he did’nt even charge me. Homeboy is really down to earth and so is the staff. Kudos to my new DOC.

I have been to several chiropractors before Dr. A and I have to say that he is the very best. I was experiencing horrible pinched necks night after night and after randomly choosing him because he is close to my home (I can walk there) he totally fixed me. I go monthly and my stupid insurance doesn’t cover it — so I even pay out of pocket. I would rather go to him than go to the insurance people’s choice. I am pregnant right now and he is keeping my body very healthy. Everyone I have sent loves him too! He is bilingual (Spanish). He is professional, patient, and thorough. I never feel rushed even when I have arrived late. Would recommend him to anyone.

I’ve been going to Dr. A every month for the past 2 years. At first, I was very nervous about seeing a chiropractor, esp because I hate hearing my bones crack and most definitely did not want to be cracked. Dr. A is super gentle and uses a different method on me so I can be pain-​free without all the cracking. I would highly recommend him to all my friends — oh wait, I already have!

Dr. Aranibar and his staff are really nice and kind people. They ALWAYS AWAYS ALWAYS have the hugest smiles on their faces, and are sooo friendly. I really don’t know how they do it! Even when the office assistant walks in, in the morning she has the biggest smile on her face. I love it.
Besides being some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, Dr. Aranibar is sooooo knowledgeable and knows everything about Chiropractic care inside and out. He has helped me in so many ways recover the pleasant feeling in my back again since it’s been hurting.
This is definetely a great place to go if you need chiropractic care!

I had a lot of problems with my back for a long time, never really new what the problem where. I met Dr. Aranibar and he gave me an assesment that was very informative, and pin pointed ever problem that had been occuring. After my first adjusment things got extremely better and quick. I have been going to him ever since. I have yet to feel any of those symptoms I had before. He is a wonderful Doctor, who definitely cares about his patients. He is very informative and detailed and always wants to make sure that you know what he is doing and for what reason. I highly suggest going to see Dr. Aranibar, you won’t be disappointed.

I have had chronic lower back pain for so long I cant remember when it started. When you’re younger, you really never worry about your health, right? That was my thinking…‘im young, strong, healthy, etc. I dont need to see anyone for my aches and pains.’ Well, now that Im getting older and these ‘aches and pains’ are starting to affect my work and overall daily lifestyle, I thought to myself it might be time to see a chiropractor.
I was referred to Dr. Aranibar from one of the guys who I work out with. I was a little skeptical because I never had any success with chiropractors, but I decided to give it a try. Im so glad I did!
What I really like about Dr. Aranibar is that during that first appointment, he really spends time with you to explain your problem, how he can help, and the end result. He wasn’t rushing through the appointment which is so important to me. It really shows he cares. He told me that my lower back which has been a chronic problem will take time to heal and is not a quick fix sort of thing. I’ve been seeing him for about 7 sessions now and I can feel my back slowly getting better which is a great relief, because I never thought it would. I have no doubt that with his help my back will be as good as new.
