Maria is a supervisor here and trust me she has no customer service skills what so ever. She walks into the room as if she is the most unhappy person on the planet. She never has any suggestions on resolutions and i have seen her several times lie to upper management in order to justify her actions. If you ever come to this Post office be aware if a supervisor named Maria is your last hope at some sort of solution to a problem you are better off turning to the post office website and typing a complaint. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND MISERABLY UNHAPPY WITH HER JOB. SHE SHOULD FIND ANOTHER LINE OF WORK. WE ARE SHIPPING EVERYTHING PRIVATE SECTOR AND HOPE THEY DO AWAY WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE.

just got home and found an envelope that has making tape on it because someone opened it and took the contents out which was a dvd from the NRA and a collectors coin. I have never had so many problems with mail service my life! I have had lost mail, stolen mail, now opened and tapped mail with contents stolen.
