Called Copy Plus after getting the run around from various other printing stores in the area and Felix took care of us unbelievably! We were looking to print our wedding invitations and Felix made it as simple yet detailed as possible. I want to thank him for helping us out and we will return for any of our printing needs!

I’ve lived in the area for so long I never really came here. Which I should have! You CSUSB students should come here! I did a quick lamination for my letter-​sized document and it went swell. Thank you! It’s about $ 2.00 a copy. I will come back when I have more things to copy!

Horrible customer service. Came in for the first time and the man was on the phone talking to a friend sitting down as soon as I walked in he starred at me and said nothing. It took am minute for him to pull the phone away from his ear and ask what I needed. Being as it was my first time I had a few questions and he was so rude, he stayed on the phone the whole time and did not help me out at all. I will never be back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Excellent service! I can always depend on this place to get orders printed FAST! Quick responses to their online quote requests and emails. Pricing is also much cheaper than Staples and on campus printing at CSUSB. I hope every student knows about this place because they’re missing out if they don’t.

If you’re going for fingerprints choose another location!!! Had an appointment yesterday for fingerprints at 10:10am. I was told the system was down and to come back at 1130am I was then told to come back at 12:30 p.m. At that point I went to another location that my company approved. Two hours later I received a call from Albert saying the system was back up. Very dissatisfied with service.

This is a great print shop. I needed to create personalized bid sheets for my business and Felix was able to go off of what I gave him and he designed them exactly the way I wanted. I never realized this place was a print shop. I will use them again in the near future. Great customer service!

The service was awesome and the price was great. I needed Memorial Programs printed by the next day. I was able to e-​mail the PDF file and pick up the programs within hours. The quality was excellent, the service was great, and the price was less than half of what I would have paid at Staples. I will definitely be a returning customer.

The owner is very courteous and very professional. I had a large order of color prints and he shaved a few bucks off the order. Wasn’t expecting it but it was cool he did that. WAY CHEAPER THEN STAPLES OR KINKOS!!!

i just wanted to let everyone know that if you are ever around cal state san bernardino and you need to take a copy of something go to copy plus! the staff is super friendly and helpful. I was in and out of there within 5 min. the prices are great too!
