Torres Glass & Windows

I have used these guys for almost ten years now. (sine ’06?) They have done everything from fix screens to replace broken windows to complete window replacements for me. They even fix jalouse windows. I am very happy with their work.
This is a small family business. They do not have a big salesroom, etc. They are good about working with you on the phone and they are good about keeping appointments with you. If you need to go to their shop, like for something small, CALL FIRST. They will arrange to be there or meet you.
Again, they have taken care of me for over ten years now and have always been reliable, fair and honest. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Love this place and their work. Great job… still need a few things done at my home and they will be called FIRST to put in the windows. LOVE THEM…

I needed a piece of glass replaced that was broken. I called the shop to ask if they could repair it. I drove down to the shop to find it closed in the middle of business hours. So I called the number I called to begin with and it must have been the owners cell phone because it went to VM. I called again and told the guy I was standing in front of his shop and the door was locked. He said we will be back in an hour. I got a bit irritated because he should have told me when I called that they were going to be gone. So i confirmed that I would be back an hour later to have my glass replaced. I came back at 12:30 like he said to the shop still closed, mind you I am lugging around a decent piece of glass so he could match it exactly to what I needed. Called the number again and got to answer. What type of business do you run? I mean honestly it’s ridiculous customer service to say the least. I would give them a 0 star if allowed. He wasted my time, I could have gone to another location instead of waiting around for an hour!

Home window was broken. One day before new years eve and almost every company i called said it would be at least a week. This company came out the same day, had a window ready the next day and had it installed. Only drawback was payment with cash/​check only.
