The Best Salon experience that Ive had in a long time! Ms. Tanya was professional and handled her business when it got busy. She was very grateful for each and everyone of the clients that came into her salon. Her employees were fast and on point. I will be going here for future hair dos.

I went in at 1pm i was out by 240. Janice is very good. the shop is a lot of fun. I going back see janice she said she can put weed leaf next time

On 8÷9÷13 I got my hair done by Latonya (owner) of Braid Gallery. She was very nice, however, her braiding skills were horrible. Do not sit in that chair. She took several breaks, my parts were horrible, braids were different sizes all over, and 2 braids slid out that same day. I asked her to put my hair in a bun as my style when she was done and she did some up-​do not even my grandmother would wear. So, I complained and she offered to have another stylist take them out & put it back in. Latonya charged me $ 140 for the bird nest she created in my hair and I paid her. However, as the week went on & I dealt with looking a hot mess at work, I felt like I wanted a refund and she said no. I asked to at least be reimbursed for having to purchase more hair. She said no. Then she claimed she only charged me $ 125 and she thought $ 140 had a tip included. There’s no way in hell I’d tip her & I have no recollection of her saying she dropped the price back down to $ 125. The only tip I have for Latonya is to use my hard earned money I wasted to go back to cosmetology school and learn to do hair. Furthermore, learn to have respect for your other stylists (Crystal, Liz, Laura, Candace) because they are truly wonderful women & stylists. On ⁸⁄₁₆ Candace redid my hair in 3 hours. It was exactly how I wanted it. Perfect. Crystal has done my step daughters hair for years and she also does an excellent job. Laura is good and so is Liz. Although I loved how sweet all these girls were; my step daughter & I will take our business elsewhere. Moral of the story, don’t sit in latonya’s chsir. she lacks braiding/​twisting skills, conflict resolution skills, and professionalism.

I got my hair braided for the first time here today and I’m very happy with the results! Chocolate did such a good job and I LOVE my hair! She was Professional, funny, and we had great conversation. Her mother was also very nice and welcoming and very professional. I will definitely be making this my go to shop for my braids. I highly recommend this shop!

Hey there, so I’m pretty new to the area, and was in desperate need of a touch up.
After an arduous search on the internet for a salon that does BLACK hair (specifically braids) in San Bernardino, I stumbled upon this gem on West Highland. I was able to make an appointment with no hassle over the phone for a few days in advance.
Chocolate was my hairdresser, and I loved her! I felt very comfortable there, the girls in the shop were cordial and funny. Better yet, Chocolate was quick, efficient (my hair can be a fierce beast) and considerate; she kept checking in with me as she styled my hair to be sure it met my preferences. A+!
I am so glad I found Braid Gallery-don’t pass this place up. Chocolate did a fantastic job, super fast-​and that’s a REALLY hard thing find out here! Xoxo, thanks again Chocolate!
