Horrible service. Lazy Workers. Looks like there all just trying to kill time and for their 8 hours and leave. Pro Desk was horrible. As a contractor time is money. This home depot does not provide good service at all. I lose money every time I come here.

Horrible customer service. Only one cashier on a Saturday morning. They called three time for backup cashiers and nobody has came. Never will come back here. Will drive a little bit further to lowes

Everyone here was super helpful, they knew what they were talking about and went out of their way to assist me.

And I had to carry 25 bags of cement 90 pounds by myself I really don’t like this Home Depot but everybody has own opinion

I love the selection at the store, however, it is so difficult to find somebody on the floor to help you. Home Depot is not a place i shop often, so I am not very familiar with the layout. I know what I want, I just need to find an employee to ask where to find it. When you do find someone, they are always very helpful.

Went in to buy a screen door for my patio and received the worst customer service! I had a few questions and asked 4 associates for assistance before two associates attempted to help me. I was so disgusted with the service I left and did not make a purchase! I will not be visiting this Home Depot again!

I only go to home depot if I spend less that 20.00 dollars, because they don’t give a discount to vets. only active duty and retired ones, what a crock! I guess the time I put in the service is a joke to them. Lowe’s gives it to you on every purchase. So big items I just go to the Lowes in Fontana, so its 10 mins farther, big deal. I tried to find out why and they just say is policy, no reason like we don’t want to, or just because.“just our policy”??? so if you like no customer service and employees standing around, go to this home depot. I hope the employee at home depot see’s this, I know what he will say.“sorry about that, customers come first” yea right.

This Home Depot deserves no stars. Their Flooring Department should be discontinued. From the very first call to purchase carpet to the installers showing up late and unable to do the job, I am beyond amazed with the relentless staggering incompetence. They are unfamiliar with the products they carry. They sell you on a 10% off with HD credit card and have no idea how to make it happen. The price of their padding is insanely high and their install costs sky rocket. The person doing the scheduling should be doing anything other than scheduling — she said she would call and confirm (didn’t) then changed the schedule date without my knowledge, and ultimately the installers showed, LATE, and were unable to install the carpet because, wait for it, there was no place to cut it. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone at Home Depot. If you think they communicate with each other, think again. And when you hear «I’ll call you right back» it’s not going to happen. Avoid these fools like the plague.

Customer Service at this Home Depot is absolutely non existent I would rather drive across town to Lowes or a swap meet than have anything else to do with this store. I called to ask about a part and they never answered the phone. No bueno Home Depot no bueno indeed.

Customer Service has gotten better in the past couple years, However when I need keys made, they always seem to take a long time and I need to return half the time because the keys don’t work.

I would give no stars if I could!!! The worst home depot I have ever been to. Not enough parking lousy lay out a real hole in the wall I only go to hear if I absolutely have to and have no other choice

By their own admission they do not carry many things because they are «a high theft store» and they recommend that you go to the one on hospitality.

I find myself somewhere between the two previous reviewers on this one.
I used to avoid this Home Depot if at all possible. The day workers in the parking lot do make me nervous. I know at least one person who has had items taken out of their truck while they were shopping inside. The first time I visited the north San Bernardino store, I was overwhelmed with the chaos inside. The layout is counter-​intuitive, the staff was inattentive, and even the shelved products themselves were covered in dust.
But, it’s been a few years since my negative experiences and, with the closure of the Lowe’s Home Improvement Center nearby, I decided to give this Home Depot another chance. (Unfortunately, the nearest Lowe’s, my hardware store of choice, is now a number of miles away.)
In the past, I had found the store poorly kept and the staff less than helpful when not downright rude. However, my experiences as of late have been MUCH improved. The store is a good 75% cleaner than it used to be and the staff is far more attentive and pleasant. I can honestly say, my needs have been sufficiently accommodated (including a «no questions asked, promptly resolved merchandise return a couple of weeks ago). I don’t know if there has been a change in management, a turn over in staff, or just a change in business practice. Whatever it is, there has definitely been a shift in the right direction.

Looking at your other reviews you just like to be miserable and have bad taste.
To this specific home depot, you guy have served me for the past decade and I have been quite satisfied. With my usual encounters I see the same people that I have for quite some years and you are knowledgeable and I thank you for the help and advice you have given me. Now yes the store is a odd shape and over run with our southern buddies in the front but you make up for that with your customer service.

This has to be one of the worst Home Depots I have ever visited & I have gone to a whole lotta Home Depots.
First off, here’s a warning to potential customers: Beware of your surroundings in the parking lot. There are at least a hundred day laborers on any given day surrounding the parking lot (some loitering in the parking lot even though Home Depot claims they are not allowed to do so) who will approach you & ask for cash. Some are brazen enough to have walked right up to my boyfriend & I to take the bags FROM OUR HANDS to try to put them in our car in hopes of a tip. One day we almost had a fight when a man did this to me & my boyfriend immediately came to my defense. The man ran off but I was seriously frightened as at first I didn’t know why he was grabbing me! We told a Home Depot employee who slowly walked over to where the man was & told him in Spanish to leave. (Good thing my boyfriend knows Spanish & could verify that!)
The inside of the store is a confusing mess. The store looks split in two, with one half of a V shape selling lumber & the other half selling appliances, plumbing, etc. Literally, the store is in a V shape, so that is why it is so badly laid out. The registers are only on the lumber side, so if you have something on the other side you have to walk a ridiculous walk to find the registers.
The employees here are dimwits. I had to find weatherstripping material for a window we were installing & the only items they had was flashing for vents. Obviously not the same thing. The employee gave me a blank stare as I asked where the correct items were & she twirled her hair in her fingers then mumbled she didn’t know. She told me I could go to the store on Hospitality & they would have it. WTF?! I asked a male employee where the stuff was & he simply pointed me over to the vent flashing. I told him that wasn’t it & again I got a blank stare & he shrugged before saying maybe they were out. What a joke!
Everytime we have visited the HD on Hospitality we are constantly asked if we are okay, if we have found what we’re looking for, etc. Here employees will go out of their way to HIDE from you because they don’t want to help.
I live right down the street from this HD but will purposefully go out of my way (I have even gone to Fontana) rather than enter this hell-​hole. My boyfriend will go to this store ONLY if he needs a long strip of lumber or something he needs to bring home right away. Otherwise we avoid this dump like the plague!
