Parc Mountain View Apartments

When I first moved in I read previous reviews and was super scared, but being here for 10 months the manager has done her best to clean the apartments up. When I first arrived here there were shootings almost every other night, but since Elaine has been evicting individuals involved in gang relations the shootings have decreased significantly. I am going to be as honest as possible and break down what has been going on since I have been here.
What was happening before I moved in from what my neighbors told me
— Gang problem
— Manger corruption
— Break in’s
— No security/​safety
— Maintenance Problem
— Gate is not working
— Security wont respond when called
–ROACH infestation
Now since I have lived here
— Some individuals involved with gang/​illegal violence has been evicted
— Gate fixed
— Beak-​ins have been reduced significantly
— Maintenance responds in a timely manner
— New manager (Elaine) is awesome! She listens to your concerns and/​or problems with the building. From my perspective she is doing a good job, there is so much to do, but she is trying to improve this apartment building.
— Security doesn’t report their calls to the manager so therefore nothing is done when something is happening. I rather call the police instead of calling the so called «security».
— Some neighbors play their music LOUD! I have been complaining about my downstairs neighbors, but nothing is being done, and whats crazy is that there is a QUIET ENJOYMENT clause in the lease!
— When I first moved in we experienced roaches immediately. However, the manager has the pest control coming out every two weeks or so trying to fix the infestation issue.
Even though the apartment building is getting better the area as a whole sucks! A couple of months ago a 4 year old (RIP) was shot around the corner from this apartment building. So the building is getting better, but the area as a whole needs to be improved also.

Having been a victim twice already of a break in I can Definately say this is the worst apartment complex ever!!! I fear for my life and their management company (j.k. residential Inc) does nothing but say, you can leave but with a penalty. Needless to say I am pursuing legal action. They advertise «gated community» when the gates have been broken for 6+ months and jk residential says it’s a police matter and we aren’t supposed to know… really? Long story short, do not move here or any of J.K. Residential Inc properties if you wanna keep your things or value you life
Btw I had to choose a star rating, but this place doesn’t even deserve one star.

I agree 100% w the last review. My family and I currently live in this hell hole and we fear for our lives! There have been numerous robberies and shootings there. I DO NOT recommend these Apts to anyone! Worst Apts I have ever lived in. The price is right if you plan on being robbed or killed. We are thankfully moving away soon and will NEVER look back. Management is horrible and maintenance never comes. This place is a death trap!

Worst apartment to live in, that is unless you don’t mind being robbed or seeing people get murdered. I highly reccomeend that you look elsewhere the rent price is great but there is no safety here. Management is probably responsible for the break ins. sereiously donot rent here dont even drive by if you know someone that lives here tell them to run!!!
