Our street bike was stolen after being parked in our parking spot that was a good 5 min walk from our apartment when we contacted the office she hung up on me after saying that they don’t have cameras in the parking lot. When we first moved in their were baby roaches an crickets climbing on the walls ! Disgusting !! Poor management ! When we signed the lease I stated we had three cars and she only gave us one parking spot an said that wasn’t her problem !

For Water or Paving Repairs of Shut offs, Tenants will only get notices the afternoon before the day of repairs(never days in advance) — So it’s not much notice. Parking is limited so tenants have to park way on the other end of Big Lots. This is no fun when it rains. Washer $ 1.50/load(usually no Hot water, always cold) Dryer $ 1.00/load

Do NOT move into these apartments! Sure they look nice at first but once you move in you discover you are not alone. Yes, you guessed it, roaches! They say they have regular 3 month spraying but they don’t. Then when it comes time to move they inspect your apartment and blame the infestation on you and take your deposit away. Everyone please read this, despite what they may tell you, you will never get your deposit back. They are well known for this! The plumbing is poor the sinks constantly get clogged, they always turn off the water sometimes randomly and if you try to clean the walls paint comes right off. Don’t waist $ 800 on these apartments find something worth paying for! Also, in their laundry rooms their washers and dryers work half the time!

I moved to Victoria Village about three months ago and havent had any major issues. I live in the lower level of one of the apartment structuresand the only little thing is we could hear steps and a few noices from the tenants that live upstairs, but we have gotten used to that… no problem! My wife and I have had some minor repair issues, to be more exact about three times. But, they were just minor; shower head, electric outlets replacements, and we had to leave our apartment for a couple hours because we had preventive insecticidal spraying done to our unit. Not major, but somewhat important to everybody’s life living. We are happy and will still be living there in the near future or whenever we get a better opportunity… no problems yet! That’s a good thing… This is just an initial comment, but will be looking forward to writing another one in the next few months to let the Unilocal audience know of any other issues that can become helpful to future tenants.
