Specialties

We specialized in care for Preschool and School Age Children ages 2 – 12.

We provide quality care in a nurturing environment that prepares children for success. We help children grow and develop skills in all areas of development. We serve nutritious meals and snacks daily at no cost to the parent.

Our School-​Age students benefit from our free transportation from local schools, activities to develop the mind and body, homework help, off-​track care and monthly field trips to local places.

We offer a Private Kindergarten in a small classroom environment. This gives our students the opportunity to have a more one on one experience and focus on readiness skills.

Our exciting Summer Program for School– Age students offers a wide range of enriching activities, special themed days, and fun field trips throughout the summer.

History

Established in 1985.

Oak Tree Learning Center has been serving the community of San Bernardino for more than 25 years. In 2004, new owners improved the program to include a more child-​center approach with a focus on nurturing care with more 1 – 1 attention. In 2008, major improvements to the playground included a new large playstructure and three additional structures for young children.

Manager

I am one of the two Directors of Oak Tree Learning Center. I have been improving the program since April, 2004. I have over 25 years experience working with children and operating Preschool and School Age Programs. I have a AA degree from MSAC and a BS degree from University of La Verne. My personal philosophy is to meet the needs of each child and help them grow in Social/​Emotional, Cognitive/​Language and Physical Development in a nurturing environment.
