Really good place to come and get an oil change. Fast, friendly, convenient, and very low priced make this a good place to stop in and check out. Kinda like the oil exchange, drive up, give your information, get your oil changed, pay and leave. Almost as speedy as reading this review.

Every visit is efficient, and fast. They honor most coupons without question. David the manager is fantastic. I bring all three vehicles here and will continue to do so. The waiting area is clean, and so are the bay’s.

I have been going to this station for 8 years now. These guys have alwasy taken care of me. I have never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. My car has over 160,000 miles and still running strong. These guys can be trusted. They also go above and beyond to keep their customers. Great customer service!

This place is awesome !! The staff are very friendly and professional. Being a women I’m very picky where I take my car, most places try to take advantage of woman. Not this place, drove in to get my car inspection. Service was fast and was a good experience ! I definitely would recommend this place !! Thanks guys !! Keep up the good work !!

Was told to come back in 25 minutes and my car would be ready, so I killed time in the local strip mall. A half-​hour later they tell me they aren’t going to do my oil change because they smelled gas and that I needed to take it to a mechanic. I didn’t smell any gas, but I’ll take it to a mechanic to be sure. I just did a mileage check for a trip over the weekend, and mileage is exactly the same as it’s been for years — I would expect some variation if there were a leak. They did say they were sorry, but didn’t offer a raincheck/​discount or anything else. Wasted a half-​hour plus a drive across town and back. I usually go to a different Valvoline for service. Not sure I’ll ever go to one again. Whoever checks out the nonexistent gas leak can do the oil change.

Had my oil changed here twice. First time was bad, second time was worse. Went in after 5pm to avoid waiting. There was only my vehicle and one other being serviced. All four mechanics were working on the other vehicle, and no one payed any attention to my vehicle.
After 15 minutes I asked how long it would be, and received a bunch of excuses. Another 15 minutes went by before any of the four mechanics had time to even start the oil change on my vehicle. It should not have taken 30 minutes to start the oil change with four mechanics and two vehicles. I will never take my vehicle to any Valvoline again.

This location does a great job from start to finish. They are fast, courteous, and will explain the job they are going to do. Plus, they’ll tell you what the car manufacture suggests to be done without the pressure of doing it on the spot. On top of that there’s a Tetco and Starbucks next door… bonus points! :)

I’ll admit to being one of those guys whose engine has to be practically failing to turn over before I go for a service. The Benson dealership wants $ 300 for a service and 24 hours while Vavoline did everything for $ 40 in 15 minutes. The car even sounded better after and they ever remembered to reset the maintenance light. 5-​stars all round and an extra star for having a Starbucks located next door!
