History

Established in 2012.

We are a family owned & operated business originally started by two sisters, Wendy Otto & Susan Skutnik. As of 2013, Wendy’s daughter Kristin, became co-​owner. Our goal was to create a salon where clients can feel comfortable and at home while receiving their services while sipping a complimentary glass of wine or mimosa. Besides color & cut, our stylists are certified in performing Brazilian Blowouts, Keratin Treatments, Relaxers, and several others. We are also certified in Ron King Invisi-​tab Tape Hair Extensions! We want every client to feel welcomed once they walk through our door. Our main priorities are satisfying your needs and making you feel gorgeous!

I spoke with the owner earlier today and relayed an awful haircut/​color that I received Friday from Kristin and she offered to try and salvage it on Tuesday. However, the longer I have to examine it the more upset I am. This is the WORST haircut/​color I have ever had. It’s so uneven all over and one side and chunks are literally over an inch longer. It looks like a 2 year old did it. Then there is the color. I asked to get as close to my natural color and I had my roots grown out specifically so they could get a good idea of what it is… what I got is no where close. Then there is the fact that without asking me or discussing with me the stylist put toner on so I had a surprise when I went to pay. I never have toner applied and would have declined had she told me before she did it. I don’t feel comfortable getting it corrected here since it’s just so terrible. I think I will go to another salon. It’s really upsetting because I asked for a trim and now because it’s so uneven and one side is so much shorter I will have to get a lot of length taken off. I will update this review once I resolve this issue with the owner.

Oh what a welcoming place ! I was scared to try a new hair salon but was in desperate need of a cut. I called Saturday at 10:30 and had an appt booked at noon. The salon has a great modern look to it but doesn’t feel cold, instead the warm personalities inside make you feel welcomed (like you’ve been going there for years !). The front desk and nail area are right up front, hair cutting area in the middle and pedicure/​wash stations are towards the back.
Sarah cut my hair and she did a great job. She listened to my concern s and was focused on giving me a great cut. I received a wash, cut and style for $ 55 dollars. Great price being that my hair was very long. I believe price s are less for shorter hair but a quick call to the salon will be a better answer. I look forward to returning for a hair cut and hopefully a main /​pedi.

So in a nutshell Diana Bove saved my hair. She really did an incredible job. I came in with damaged hair that I really thought was going to break off. I had highlights, a haircut, and a Brazilian blowout with her and walked out with my hair looking and feeling healthy and smooth. I seriously cannot be more satisfied with how my hair turned out. On top if it all, the prices are very very reasonable. I am definitely a new loyal customer!

I made an appointment for a pedicure and was quoted a price.
When I arrived the next day for my appointment, the «operator» refused to honor the price that was quoted.
She informed me that she would be doing the shellac polish before the pedicure. I questioned this as I have had many pedicures and the polish is always applied after the pedicure.
She then told me that she was refusing me service.
There were three other «operators» sitting right next to me at the time with no other customers in the salon.
Not sure how they can afford to refuse the only paying customer service.
Very condescending attitude!

I called this morning and was able to book an appointment with Chloe same day for a pink and white fill. She did a great job and was a total germaphobe… An absolute plus in my book! She was gentle, thorough & on top of that fun to talk to. I will definitely be going back :-)
