Had a great first time. Nice clean atmosphere. Employees were helpful and friendly. Oxygen thing was fun & something different to try. Great for a date or somewhere quiet to work on the computer or read a book. Smoothies were good! We will be back.

I have no idea how this place stays open, as it’s kind of hidden and there’s never anyone there! But those who do know about it come by frequently, as they have well-​priced smoothies (in a million flavors) and an oxygen bar, as well as supps for sale.
The Peaches & Cream is a punch of peachy flavor and protein, but I tend to try the seasonal specials on the board by the register. Most recently, the Green Extreme (spinach, cranberries, peach, yogurt, almonds, chocolate protein, and cinnamon) has been a favorite– the tart berries and the large dose of spice give it a fun, fall flavor.
I’m not really sure of the science behind oxygen bars, but this spot is as good as any to try something new. You get five free minutes with a shake or smoothie purchase!
I’m always in and out but the vibe here is chill, as if you could hang out for a while– plus they have free wifi and surprisingly late hours (til 9 or 10PM).

This place has the obsolute best smoothies in town or I ever has tasted. Plus, they are healthy unlike some of the other places in town. Additionally, they have boost which are free. While your there try the Oxygen Bar. Also, they have plant based supplements available too. I will definitely go back for the High Protein Peanut Butter Smoothie. Job well done.

I absolutely adore this place. My friend and I randomly wandered in here one day, and now crave it several times a week.
If the smoothies weren’t good enough as is, the employees are phenomenal. Chris, Brady, and Issac are a huge part of why we always go back. Very informed, considerate… they’re just guys you want to be buddies with.
I can’t even get close to describing how impressed I am with this place. So glad I found it!

This review is for the Oxygen Bar only. Since we had never been to a Oxygen Bar I don’t have a anything to compare. The staff is 5 star they were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. We just didn’t experience any of the listed benefits for the treatment. We only tried for a 10min time frame. Maybe longer is the key, we also just found it to be boring.

I get the Peanut Butter Power every day for lunch! It fills me up and tastes delicious! I substitute Almond Milk for the fro yo… and to the person that said they add sweet fruit and it is not healthy why not ask before you order? Because I did and the fruits are all natural and they do not use juice or pre sweetened fruits. If you don’t want something «fattening» substitute. You should always ask if you are on a strict diet and a place like this will usually have substitutions. They use stevia instead of Splenda (I know because I asked). Now I’m not saying that every smoothie here is low cal/​fat/​carb but they have options and are always more than willing to accommodate my preferences. Plus you get a free booster of your choice with every smoothie! Score!

My smoothie had a great flavor, but I was looking for something more healthy. They didn’t seem to have what I would call a real veggie smoothie. They were all made with a lot of sweet fruit and too much ice. My service was good.

OMG… Smoothies with wild Alaskan blueberries, fresh spinach and Kale, free supplement boost for every smoothie… and real fruit instead if puréed fruit in all the smoothies… are you kidding me. This is THE BEST SMOOTHIE PLACE IN SAN ANTONIO. All I can say is the competition Must be pissed. Oh and it’s the most relaxing environment to bring a lap top and kick back too! A+++++

The smoothies here are not healthy. People just use natural ingredients, it’s not that complicated to make a good healthy smoothie. And you may want to reevaluate some of your employees. :/

Really great spot.
Across the shopping center from Lifetime Fitness is Smoothies Extreme. It looked like a fitness store from the outside so I drove by many times not even realizing smoothies awaited my arrival.
But today, my cousin said she wanted a smoothie. As I whipped out my Unilocal app, she walked inside Smoothies Extreme. I quickly caught on and followed suit.
Inside you’ll find friendly people, healthy smoothies, and an OXYGEN BAR. It’s a win, win, win situation!

From the parking lot, it looks like a clothing store. The windows are occupied by manikins, and are backed by several racks of clothing topped off by tacky department store SALE signs. On the right side of the… room… is basically a mini version of GNC.
The window says they open at 8am, but I’ve gotten there several times between 8:00 — 8:30am, and found the door locked… awesome.
The smoothies are relatively expensive, and prices vary ($ 5 – 9) based on the ingredients and size (20oz, 32oz, or 44oz). Some taste like ass, but I think that’s intentional. If you find something you like, just stick with it. I don’t think I’ve ever said that before.
On the upside, the younger staff members are always friendly, helpful, and offer suggestions (I believe I ran into an owner once… not a pleasant experience). I just wish they would focus on the smoothies!
